Order took over two months to arrive. Items were not as described; they did not fit as per advertisement, and the material looked very poor. I contacted "customer service" only to be told that I could not have a refund as the size I had ordered had been sent from the warehouse. I explained that the items I received differed greatly from the photos used in the ads, and that due to the overall fit not being right, I was unhappy with my purchase, and my consumer rights entitled me to a refund. CS replied with; "your items are as ordered from the warehouse, thank you for your kind understanding. If you are not happy with your purchase, perhaps someone you know could use them". After many more messages sent,and receiving many more frustrating replies, I finally accepted £20 from them, and took it as a win. Never again will I order from this company.

STAY CLEAR!!!! Item never arrived, the customer service is just automated responses no matter what you write in an email they always respond with things like thank you for you patience, we understand your frustration but because it states it is still
In transit they point blank refuse to give you a refund. I have asked for a refund at least 5 times now. I’ve said enough is enough we both know this item I not arriving. Nothing you say chances their responses. Biggest scam company there is. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!

I would not even give this shame company 1 star. Item sent were made out of the cheapest materials, which didn't fit. When I requested a refund, advised to offer the garments to someone else!! Won't refund as they sent the size ordered! Who on earth has ever been refused a refund when the item simply doesn't fit! Going on they then offered £5, upped it to £10, despicable last offer was half the money back and keep their item that doesn't fit.. please do not ever buy from them. I am in the middle of taking it further as they are in breach of UK trading standards. Based in China dreadful materials used, to tell someone to sell the garments on is just insulting

If I could score it zero I would. Ordered 2 bras which took weeks to arrive. They were from China, which it didn't say on the advert. There isn't even a label on the bras which are poor fitting. They say to return them would cost €41, even though the package has a label with an England address. All they offered is €4 reduction. I didn't even pay in dollars. The same product with the same details is being sold under various names on Facebook

Please please DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. MUCH THE SAME AS ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS. RIP OFF MERCHANTS. I WISH I COULD FIND AWAY OF PLASTERING THIS ALL OVER THE WEB.

Wish we werent allowed to even give one star,this company is a total rip off, customer service is useless and you get no reply from anyone,package took over 6 weeks then had to send it back because its cheap tat,the return label address is on the label at the front of your parcel but i sent it back with tracking,now im struggling to get refund or any reply about it so going to raise the case with paypal

Ordered 2 bras on 7th October and still not arrived. Customer services continues to say “ on way,be patient “. Well,my patience has run out….cannot contact seller.
DO NOT buy from this company.

Worst company ever this company has a lot of sister companies as well. Anyway I ordered two items one window cleaner thing which did not work at all and still no refund and I ordered some bras that haven't turned up after 3 months and no response to my emails. Would advise to stay clear.

Unfortunately, I ordered two bras from Colaley and despite waiting over 2 months and chasing with customer services - the order has either been lost, or wrongly collected by somebody else at the Evri Parcelshop!
Colaley won't refund because I don't have the items to return + they think the items have been collected.
All very frustrating!

Awful customer service, cancelled straight after I ordered as they overcharged me, said £14 on total (inc postage and insurance) and then got charged £17, then checked website and they supposedly offer free delivery. They didn't get back to me for days and then said my order had been shipped (it hadn't), I'd received no info on it, so I pushed back again and then they did actually ship out my item so they didn't have to give a refund. Wish I checked the reviews first. This company SUCKS.

Took 8 weeks to arrive, bras give no support so I want to return them but, surprise surprise, can't get anyone to respond to an email now! Shocker!

I want to give minus 1 star. 1is very generous. AVOID at all cost. Order on 2 September, received on 28 October, by that time I have already opened a claim with paypal, as the item was stuck in London for almost a month. As soon as you open case with paypal their customer service just tells you go via paypal we can't help any longer. Then I have advised paypal that I have received an item, but they are not communicating and it is not of wearable condition. Ordered two bras. So paypal advised me that they will refund me if I will send it back to them in china, and I have to provide tracking information. My order was £20, return to China is £19.30. Replied to paypal that this is not a satisfactory solution. Not expecting any refund anymore. Don't touch it with a stick, especially if you are paying via paypal, as there is apparently no gurantee at all. BTW, didn't have a choice to refuse delivery, as I was not home and the package was just left by the door.

Item was unwearable! Scratchy! Itchy! No support whatsoever. Not fit for purpose. Ended up in the bin.

Ordered bras over 5 weeks ago. Tracking shows them as coming from USA and supposedly are now in Manchester where they've been for over a week. Got a feeling I'm never going to get them. So glad I paid by credit card as I may have to claim a refund through them.

Never received my order and was given a bs story when I tried to contact them, it’s a scam , never buy anything from Facebook marketplace, absolutely appalling and shameless , puts me off buying online full stop , bring back the high street , at least you knew what you were getting!

I bought 2 bras that cost £20. They are not fit for purpose and they want me to pay for the postage back to China, before they will refund me. They have offered me £8 refund. Stay away from this company at all costs. Wish I had read reviews before buying and I wouldn't be out of pocket now

I ordered bra, got it after 5 weeks. Bra pads totally damaged. The re is no customer service. I tried for a week now. After sending a pictures and asking for pads. The response is “ Sorry for what happened. We really tried our best to solve this for you.“ they DID NITHING to solve it.
Scam, be careful! Not recommended

Everyone is right on here. Its a scam. Still not received item. I got it with klarna as I didn't want to add card details thank goodness!

Absolute rubbish. Poor quality. I've been scammed. I am disgusted that Klarna allow these companies this payment service. I couldn't get my money back as it had to be returned in 7 days! To China! When it took 2 months to arrive here! Joke. Avoid at all costs

These were a little small compared to street shoe size.
