Oplichting!! Dropshipping

Via de website Colany.nl een Boho plafondlamp besteld. Brandgevaarlijk lamp, zogenaamd uit China met nep keurmerk. Dropshipping tactiek = eerst 50% korting aanbieden en vervolgens het brutale voorstel om de lamp te retourneren naar een adres in China (min 30,- verzendkosten) en de verzendkosten moet je voor schieten. Doe dit niet, want dan ben je het geld voor de aanschaf van de lamp en ook de verzendkosten kwijt!

Na vele mailwisselingen, een melding bij ACM, aangifte politie en een review op trustpilot, toch mijn geld terug gekregen.

Ordered the highland cows on 4th Sept kept getting tracking updates till it got to uk then they stopped,sent numerous emails then after six days got one back saying they couldn't find details they'll resend order i don't hold out any hope don't buy from this company it's a scam.

Niks ontvangen, ga het annuleren bij Klarna. Ik bestel hier nooit meer weer.

The bra I ordered was XXL apparently equivalent to 38dd
It was more like 32a
Seriously far too small.
Tried to return but company only offered £1 in compensation. Obviously I didn't accept, was offered £3 then final offer of £5
No ,not accepted I want a refund .
No reply . I'm stuck with a cheap , badly made , tiny bra that's gone in the bin .
AVOID this company.

Absolute rubbish do not do what they say and as for getting a refund don't waste your time I was offered £5. I don't think so it is with PayPal at the minute

Dont bother - not at all like the product that was advertised. I am a 32E and that is the size i ordered but when it arrived, the bra was a size large assuming that becuase i am an E cup i need large. That is not the case and the bra looked ridiculous and the cup was small, no uplift as advertised,

While the mascara boasts a stylish design and provides impressive long-lasting wear, waiting three weeks for delivery was less than ideal. The price seemed reasonable for the quality offered, but shipping could definitely be faster.

Ordered 3 Bras received 1. Refused to accept there mistake. Virtually accused of lying. Company are a disgrace

Zero stars, absolutely shocking service bras are not the size stated when ordering. They will not give you information to make a return and will not refund your money. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Plus they overcharged me on my initial payment and delivery took over a month.

Do not order the bras are not the size they say. They dig in don’t pull the underarm overhang in at all dig in at the back and the company will not except them back for a refund. Also they take forever to be delivered Disgusting service complete scam

Bought a bra....32g. No way would this ever fit ...complained but told that they sent the right size offered me £3. Should have read the reviews before purchasing....DO NOT ORDER from this company

Ordered 3 bras. Waited over 2 months for delivery. Kept getting ‘updates’ that were utterly bogus. From all accounts it had been in Wales since July. Kept emailing and getting generic emails back. Got in touch with Klarna and lo and behold they were delivered within a week. Utter junk. Couldn’t even fit my 36E udders in the things.The quality was shockingly poor. When I told them that there were threads hanging off, the bra bit hadn’t been stitched properly the reply was cut the thread. Nothing mentioned that I couldn’t get the girls too fit in it. Although the labels said 36E you couldn’t have put anything bigger than a very small satsuma. I have since then read all the review’s and it seems that everyone in the uk is sold utter rubbish, they won’t take returns and they give you minimal refund yet all of the US reviews are glowing but funnily enough all sound the same. Me thinks these are not quite kosher with this junk trading shady dealing donkeys butt of a company. Do Not Buy From This Company.

Avoid !!! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a bra ,, I have been waiting 8 weeks , emailed several times, told to be patient as not there fault the shipping is long . I have requested a refund and waiting for there response !

Avoid still not arrived after 6 weeks of ordering keep being told to bw patient think ive waited long enough now. Want a refund by the looks of things they dont give them out either will be ringing bank today

I placed my order on the 9th May. When the order hadnt arrived by the 11th June asking for an update or refund and I was told they were on their way. They finally arrived ont he 9th July - 8 weeks later and they are awful. They are thin and flimsy, the tops of the bras are mishapen. I again contacted customer service asking to return them for a refund. I was offered £2 then £5 not the £21 I had paid. I was also told I could only return them to China at a cost to myself. I have raised a dispute with my bank and reported them to Action for fraud, NCSC and Trading standards.

Ordered 3 bras - item never arrived. Customer service was awful and I was expected to pay for shipping and a cost towards their loss for a replacement.

Ordered a bra which took around 7 weeks to arrive. When it finally did it was way smaller than the 32G it stated to be. I wouldn't have put it at any bigger than a B Cup.. Really disappointed, won't be able to use it but I'm also not going to bother with returning as I know it will be a nightmare. Avoid.
