Dreadful, purchased 3 bra's my usual size.
They are tiny.
When I request a return. Customer Service tells me to - give them to friends as gifts!!

Rubbish!!!! Never buy anything from there. My bra was twice smaller than it should be and they claiming it as if it right size. And kinda if I return it , it would cost me over £20 pay for return. Rubbish!! Rubbish!! Be aware!

The bras advertised are way smaller than the sizes should be! Trying to get a refund is a nightmare! Stay away people!

Ordered a bra which came up at least 2 sizes too small.

Contacted Company for a refund and started to become suspicious when they asked if I could pass the item on to someone else as the return would take (I quote) 'a very long time as it has to return to China'. I refused and requested a full refund based on my Consumer Rights and now they are offering me £1.50 to keep the item.

So I've now requested a copy of their Returns Policy....already given the heads up to Klarna that there is going to be a problem. I've also screenshot all communications to evidence I am trying / tried to return items.

Whilst I haven't spent more than £20, it's quite frankly, one big headache...and one I could do without.

Avoid.

Won't let me return even though bra isn't what they advertise! Thankfully I got it on sale so haven't lost to much money but awfully company, customer service seems like a robot , doesnt answer your questions just diverts away from the problem, will try cancel through klarna but from other reviews, not sure it'll happen , we will see! Definitely won't buy anything like this again, better to spend the extra money and shop with a company that cares about there customers - Edit: partial refund of £2 was given, can't return, and the bra now has a hole in after just trying it on 🙈 it's ended up in the bin, won't be making that mistake again £10 basically thrown away...

Ordered using their size charts, item arrived was too small and had no support. They do not accept returns and offer £2 compensation total rip off merchants, crap product and even worse customer service please avoid people

I wouldn’t even rate 1 star people stay away from this company false advertisement ordered an item didn’t do what it was supposed to do got intouch they said they are away and will refund. Once back never replied to my emails and PayPal didn’t help eitherSTAY WELL CLEAR

I ordered an item using their size chart, I even went up 2 sizes. and when the item came it was far to small. I have asked them how i can return the item for a refund and they are refusing. But it does not state on their website that you can not return things.
I will be seeking legal advise.

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing, what a joke the size chart is rubbish bra doesn’t even fit have of boob, no support, fastening at front turn under and rub, finish is poor and no chance of returning them unless there damaged PLEASE don’t purchase there rubbish waste money

So having been through Klarna to report them Klarna have supported this company and will not help in any way, I have wasted my money on crap fit for the bin only, I won’t ever use Klarna again either, shame on both companies

Absolutely shocking company! Misdescription doesn't get close to how bad they are. Sent 2 x bras apparently perfect for the fuller boob...NOT. The material was flimsy, it wasn't the right size despite me ordering what I was told would fit and it had this weird tiny pad inside the cup which did nothing, looked very odd and was uncomfortable. After much back and forth I got a return address but had to pay for the return which I was not prepared to do. Offered £8.40 which I then took. Bras going to charity. Total waste of time and money. They are NOT selling what they are advertising. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Customer care. I have never felt so disappointed. Reply to request for return of a bra, we are a small and don't have time to deal with returns or refund. It will take to long and insults me futher by offering a £3 refund. If you place advert advertising clothing then make sure your size guild and colours are correct and not misleading. I used to your guild for size when I purchased item and I went up a size I would have dislocated my shoulders to get it on. The colour is orange not an Britsh pale skin tone as advertised. I asked for my financial company to look into this they said because I had not returned it they could not do anythng. You failed to give a returns address. Think twice before insulting your customer your not deserve any. I hope you have time to read this. Also no fire safety labels. Would mealt anywhere near a flame. I will also report your company to trading standards or and the Obudsman. And leave a review like this where ever possible.

Bunch of scamming gits!!!

Sent me totally incorrect items, wrong colour, wrong style and they are not thermal. Still disputing this through klarna almost 4 months later. Despite over 20 emails attaching images colaley have said I'm to return items to them in china at my own expense! WTAF. Give me my money back or my bank will do a chargeback.

Absolute scam. Disgusting quality only fit for the bin. Refused to provide return details. Disgusting from Klarna too. Found in their favour and charged me despite me returning anyway and providing proof. AVOID

One star is too many. This is a scam from china. Took forever to get to me. Refused a refund, they told me to give it to a friend! Why on earth would I give a defective product to someone I like!

I fell for a scam...
Ordered 2 x bras - using the size guide provided on the website - which is totally useful and giving fraud info. What I received had the size label appropriate to the order - which was the excuse used "that the picker had done the correct job". However, when you order a 2XL bra and receive a bra with a cupsize equivalent to an egg cup - there is something majorly wrong!!! They advised that a return would cost me money, suggested I could pass them onto someone else. What is this company trying to do - obviously scam people out of their money and fob them off with excuses and refuse refund. Feel slightly embarrased that I fell for it and wish I'd done proper research and checked this website before ordering :(

I could have got better products in Primark and no reply from email to return goods ..Scam ..Avoid Aboid

Tried to cancel within 5 minutes but was told they had processed the order, when bras came the quality was appalling, stitching coming away, cheap material and very small even tho I got large. Customer service doesn't exist just keep getting automated response.
