I purchased bras from this company 5/9/23, from a Facebook ad. All looked good but unfortunately I did it in a rush and didn’t even think to check for reviews. I was sent regular shipping updates which seemed great, but then I noticed for several weeks my package supposedly was in Scotland despite me living in London! Having read reviews on here, I contacted Paypal today to obtain a full refund, and thankfully, they provided me with one without having a need to contact the company first.
Please note, I also had Colaley charge me over £5 more than originally quoted. I am going to try and report them to trading standards, not sure if they will be able to do anything, but please, please, please, do not buy anything from this company.

"UPDATE: I finally received my order on 23 October and very happy with them, hence the update to 3 stars from zero. Communication with this company is difficult and a long wait to receive order. I was able to cancel the PayPal refund".
I give Zero stars. Ordered items 7 weeks ago, items not received, even though the tracking said they were in Ireland. Thankfully paid by PayPal, have requested refund.

Think this is a scam. Non delivery and no way of getting refund.

Blast, wish I’d read these reviews before I placed an order. Three bras ordered on 2 September and money taken from my account on 3 September. As with orders, I’ve messaged numerous times and just get asked to be patient!!! My last update showed it being with Evri since12 October. Absolute joke. Action needs to be taken to stop them ripping folk off.

Same as everyone else here. I ordered 2 bras following a facebook ad on 3rd September. The first tracking followed it to Ireland with no further movement, I live in England. After multiple complaints and refund requests the next tracking number they provided was with Evri. Another 2 weeks has passed and still nothing. I demanded a refund again yesterday and again i am told to be patient. Total scam, please beware.

As for others, received shipping updates until it was an hour away, then nothing. Customer service refusing to refund.

Never received the goods That I ordered in August, they also took more money than they should have from my bank. many emails have been sent from me but alas, still no response.
My Bank reimbursed me the money and they are looking in to this.
Please do not give them your money this is a scam.

If I could give no stars I would. I usually check Trust pilot before buying stuff but for whatever reason I sadly didn't. Same as everyone on here! I ordered some bras off of a Facebook advert. Multiple emails regarding where the package is and I have got nowhere.
Shipment says they are in Cambridge but that has been since end of September.

It is not easy navigating their customer services.

Save your money and avoid.

UPDATE:
After repeated attempts at contacting customer service and initiating a PayPal money back request, the goods did eventually turn up, almost 2 months after ordering. Goods were OK quality, but bras were too smaller despite selecting recommended size.

Original review: Same as everyone else. 7 weeks and no goods. Last tracking update states goods have arrived in Birmingham at end of Sept. I'm not gonna hold my breath that anything will ever come now.

I ordered a Bra from this company in August or first week of September using my Klarna account.
By almost towards the end of October, I didn’t receive my order. I kept sending complaints email, copying Klarna Resolution email address.
Today, someone mysteriously dropped a package, which I will share the picture here.
It’s laughable, not my size, no return ticket or note, no information at all.
Please do not fall prey to the fraudulent operation of this company. Keep far away from their sub standard products and appalling customer service.

Ordered product early September and still no sign of it. Tracking says it's at some random address in Co. Clare for the last few weeks and I'm in Dublin. Going around in circles with emails back and forth with no resolution so unfortunately have to presume it's another scam online company. Will stick to buying goods close to home in future.

I saw this on instagram and think they should remove this seller. They charges P&P when they said it was free, one item delivered but was shoddy and I’ll fitting, the other lost in transit, when you try to contact them, they say they don’t have an email address for you even though they are responding on it. Completely rubbish product and just another Chinese scam hiding behind a good advert.
Do yourself a favour and don’t touch them with a barge pole

To be honest I wouldn't even give it one star but I didn't have an option for less. This company is awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I just keep getting shipping updates saying the parcel is on its way, and still I have received nothing. Over 6 weeks now.

Has anyone reported this company to Trading Standards as one review states it is a residential address in Birmingham. They need to be reported, the more people who report them, the better. Also, Facebook need to be made aware it is scammers. Has anyone reported them?

Ordered over a month ago. Still no sign. Tracker says its in transit in the country for the past 4 days! Can't even chase up as it's just bot. Total scam!

Really wanted to give no star, order not arrived, when tracked allegedly its awaiting transit in Manchester for past 2 weeks. Luckily I used Klarna as payment option so have stopped the payment . Really won't use them again

Avoid at all costs. My debit card was debited for more than the amount stated. Wanted to cancel after reading reviews but wouldnt oblige. One month later... still no product!!!! Just continued meaningless updates. Worse comoany ever.
