I couldn't find the toner I needed…
I couldn't find the toner I needed until I tried your website. The price was fair and I ordered it on a Sat. night. The delivery was made on Tue. morning so it was very quick. I would suggest that you check other delivery companies other than FedX. Normally all deliveries are made to our porch. We went out for a short walk as it started to rain and found the toner box in the front ditch 10-12 from the driveway and over 100' from the porch. The deliver confirmation photo showed a closeup of the label but no background. When the rain started shortly thereafter the package would have been ruined if not found. We have complained to FedX. I have a pic of it in the ditch. Not your fault in any way.

We apologize that your order took longer then you expected it to be received. As this was a printer order it would take longer to be delivered as advertised on our website. There was a further delay due to weather events affecting delivery and we sincerely apologize for this.

Not what I ordered
I ordered two HP ink cartridges. I paid $56.24 for two refurbished cartridges of a brand I’ve never heard of. These cartridges do not work in my HP printer even after following instructions for “if these do not work”. I am requesting a full refund and will return the cartridges.

No one answers the telephone
No one answers the telephone, cannot get a human to speak to, also happened on last order that was cancelled for out of stocks, but only after we kept checking multiple times on status. Customer service is poor at best.

Our telephone lines are open between 9am and 5pm EST time Monday to Friday and are manned throughout this time. Sometimes there maybe a short wait during busy times but we will answer you.
Unfortunately there was an error on our website with the particular cartridges you ordered and for this we are truly sorry. It is very are for incorrect information about our stock to be advertised on our website and we will of course will always look at ways to improve this to make sure this does not happen again.
