Very easy to put in your type of printer and get the correct ink. Cheap, works great and comes within a few days of ordering.

We bought 2 cartridges that were clearly marked as compatible with our HP printer on their website. Upon receiving the cartridges they were clearly marked that they would NOT work with our printer. We contacted the "customer service" line; which is a joke, and were told that they would work and if they didn't they'd refund us immediately. That was 2 months ago. They promise us refunds that never come. Beware...

I have been buying replacement cartridges from clickinks.com for much longer than I can remember. Never had a problem with purchasing or using the cartridges. Well, there are lots of options, so you may want to take a little time to pick the best one for you.

Website was easy to use, great selection of products at a reasonable price. And you can't beat free shipping.

I received two cartridges but one is broken and ink is all over the package. I can't even open it. I need a replacement. Maybe after this I can give you a better review.

Quick response follow up emails and delivery earlier than promised

Very easy to find the ink cartridges my printer takes, and to order, and very good to include extra black which is used much more. This would be a five rating except there was no date of expected delivery given. Just a span of 3 to 8 business days, yet my account was charged in 2 days. You just have to trust!

My first replacement, I was shocked to see a smaller toner unit (I thought not fitting and incorrect toner) I called for assistance and was guided to exchange the toner cartridge to the base. All is good and the representative was very patient. Thanks

I called Thursday, Feb 29 to request a return for wrong product shipped to me. Customer service rep was polite but VERY difficult to understand; she promised to send me an email detailing return procedure together with a return label for shipping, but I never received either. Went to your website and sent an email with same infor but no response from that either. So you "customer service second to none" doesn't even rate. --really unhappy camper who will never order from you again.

The leaking cartridge was replaced quickly.
