Not A Great Website Experience
I clicked the Pay Now Button and completed the order process, but I never got an email confirmation. Three days later I found that Click Inks took my payment, but never scheduled delivery of the order (I found it was still in my Cart). That was not good, since I had to go through the process again and the site did not recognize I had already paid (the first payment appeared on my AMEX account). If a second charge shows up, I'll dispute it with AMEX.

I am sorry to say we received the incorrect product & I'm still trying to correct it. your rep Constantin has been extremely helpful (he gets 5 stars) but I am still waiting for the correct toner, (2) Pantum TL-410X. my order #XP03674, the packing list has the correct p/n but what we received was GT410X that is not compatible.

Fast Delivery, Good Packing
Delivery was much faster than I expected, and the toner cartridge I ordered was well packaged. Price was *very* good (especially compared to the original at retail) but I have yet to determine how well it performs.
