Excellent price, packed well …
Not only was the paving an excellent price, but they also took care to ensure there would be no delivery access problems. Delivery was quick, the courier took great pains to deliver exactly where I needed it. My only critical comment would be that I didn't receive the promised phone call an hour before delivery.

Quick delivery, good price and delivery driver was brilliant - he managed to thread very manoeuvrable fork trick through a small gap with a vehicle on one side and drop the pallet exactly where I wanted

Delivery was prompt and driver communication excellent.
Driver helpful with the unloading request at site.
One downside, the pallet was not strong enough for the total weight of the product.

Great slabs that look really good when layed. Easy ordering process, good price, and delivery was very quick. (Driver was really helpful and put the pallets as near to my working area as possible).

The driver was very rude
The driver was very rude, abrupt and impatient, especially when the customer, who I ordered the pavings for was a infirmed stroke victim. I heard how distressed she was over the phone whilst he was there. I think customer training should be given to this particular driver.

I would like to stress that this is absolutely not the service we expect from the couriers we use. We do subcontract the delivery work out, but expect all drivers to represent our brand at the highest level, both in abilities and customer service.
