Sold me a faulty Steinhart watch. I sent it back to Neil within days of receipt...rather than replacing the watch he sent it back to Steinhart to be 'repaired' despite it only being s few days old..5 weeks later he returns it with exactly the same fault (power reserve of about 4hrs rather than 38, running 10+ minutes slow/day)..Of course I then return it to Neil for a refund which he processes in due course however he has refused to refund me my postage costs as he is legally obliged to do. He should have replaced the watch, he should have refunded my postage fees. An amateur operation - I certainly would not consider spending any significant money here again.

I contacted Neil at chronomaster via email to check stock availability on a Steinhart ocean 39 he responded very quickly confirming it was in stock.
I subsequently placed the order online which was pain free, Neil updated to advise that the item had been dispatched I received the order superfast and it was well packed and received in perfect condition. I am very happy with my new watch and grateful to Neil for his professional service. Will definitely recommend.

I’ve known Neil and dealt with him for over 15 years and can truly hand on heart say this Guy is the most honest and nicest Guy you could deal with.

Neil is a gentleman and a true professional, to say the least. I attempted to order direct from steinhart, I'm located in the usa. So when my wonderful credit card company, seen this online purchase they froze my card without informing me. I repeatedly reached out to steinhart with no reply, not knowing what was happening with my order. I called my cc company and they informed my of freeze, I said this would have been nice to know earlier. This was to be a Christmas gift for my wife. I found chrnomaster.uk and reached out to them for a steinhart. Within minutes, Neil replied, I placed the order for a pink ocean one. Neil worked with me while waiting for card to be un frozen. I spoke with him direct on the phone, what a GENUINE, professional!!!! Prices are spot on, if Neil has the brand your looking for, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN CHRONLMASTER.UK.i will tell everyone about this wonderful company and the experience I had. I've recently purchased a Steinhart Ocean One from Neil at Chronomaster who was a pleasure to deal with.
I ordered late in the evening and because i was local Neil allowed me to visit his premises the next day to view and collect the watch.
I've never owned a Steinhart but it feels like I'm wearing a watch worth 5 times the price. A great buy and I'd definitely recommended Chronomaster if your in the market for a new watch..

Great service from Neil, ordered the 39mm ocean one ceramic instead of the 42mm. Returned watch for exchange with no additional postage charged and next day delivery. Superb watch, great company- will definitely use again

Ordered a Steinhart GMT Ocean One 39 - Blue-Red on Friday , was on my wrist Monday ...excellent service and correspondence.

Very easy to deal with. I ordered a limited edition Sinn, which was far cheaper than the other AD's. As it was a limited edition, I had to wait for the watch to be sent from Germany, so it hadn't been lying around in a stockroom.
Great communication, everything was relayed to me promptly and honestly. All questions answered, and everything was done right. Neil even managed to get me an additional strap, which was also cheaper than the other AD's.
A good payment system (the money isn't taken until the product is dispatched).
Another thing that I'd like to praise is the way my watch was packaged. Totally secure. There wasn't even a gap for the watch to rattle.
Great service, and great watches. I will be using Chronomaster again. Now that they have become Damasko AD's probably sooner than I had hoped!
