We had a safety standards’ question about whether the Chicco Pocket Snack baby seat had a UK BSI reference number, even though the product’s manufacturer box had a EN (European Standards) reference supplied. Due to the urgency (a long story!) we phoned the helpline and Elle (Customer Services) was very professional in handling our call. She promised a response from the relevant management as soon as she could, and in the event her email response with the technical information arrived the same afternoon.
This was super service which resolved the query with our holiday letting agency immediately.

Awful - do not buy from here!

Ordered on Monday for next business day delivery (charged immediately) - it’s now Tuesday night next week and it’s still not here. Evri has not got any update on the delivery. Customer services lied and said it was on its way (claimed though they were doing us a favour by waiving the delivery charge - should you pay for something which was not provided I would ask?)

Pathetic excuse for customer experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

At the time of your contact everything indicated that your parcel had successfully left our warehouse and was with our courier partners.

After further investigation it was established there was a technical error in transferring your parcel to our couriers network.

I was pleased to learn one of our Leadership Team took ownership of your enquiry and ensured your order was dispatched to you as a priority along with acknowledging the inconvenience which had occurred.

GREAT PRAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a new Pram on the Chicco.co.uk website and was concerned because of previous reviews on Trustpilot, that they would not deliver on time, or other issues. I ordered on Friday evening and got the pram delivered on Wednesday morning in Northern Ireland. I followed up with Kayleigh on their customer service, and she was super welcoming and nice. I was able to get a free bear under the current deals on their website as well.
To make it short:

Customer service = 10/10
Pram = 10/10
Delivery = 10/10

I would recommend them to everyone.

Very poor communication

Very poor communication.
I placed order with next day delivery few days ago until now is not shipped. Customer service unfortunately looks like is not really helpful. Wanted to cancel my order if delivery not reach me by end of tomorrow but of course there is no reaction at all.

I was sorry to learn of your frustration with your recent order.

It should be noted that orders placed after 2.00pm are not applicable for next day delivery and will be delivered within 48hours from the original order date - this is displayed on our website and your order was placed at around 7.00pm.

When a customer contacts us we always acknowledge safe receipt of their message and provide a timescale as to when we will response to the message.

We also make a polite request to avoid sending duplicate and chaser messages as this hinders our ability to respond to the message in the shortest possible time.

Having reviewed the multiple messages we received from you I can see we responded to your enquiry well within the timescales we mention on our acknowledgement message.

Finally I was delighted to learn your parcel was received safely within your personal timescales for delivery.

Replacement mattress no board!

I ordered a replacement mattress for a Next 2 Me Crib, specficially because it said it included a 'board to be placed inside mattress' in the specifications. When it arrived it didn't contain a board and after many back and forth emails I was told that I had misinterpreted the specifications and the replacement board was not available at all.

When I requested a refund this took over two weeks to even be marked as recieved and I had to chase 3 times for information on my refund.

Best customer service (Julija 5*)

I have lost part of the 5 point safety belt for Chicco baby hug after messaging customer service to ask if they sell replacements a very kind lady called Julija replied to my message (she even replied within one hour after I sent my email, late in the evening which was out of office hours) and offered to send me a replacement part free of charge without any hassle and she got everything sorted quickly. Best customer service I had ever dealt with didn't expect such a pleasant surprise.
