I had a significant issue related to the blocked drainage system in the whole flat. (Kitchen sink, bath, toilet). Ms. Amy Stanborough Not only cordially and attentively recorded and acknowledge the situation but the next day I had an engineer visiting my flat and solving the problem. From my original consoltation with Chancellors I felt confident that they had the right attitude and they were on my side in what I was looking for. My experience working with Chancellors was extremely positive. Ruadrhi was quick and thorough in responding to all of my questions, even with a five hour time difference, and helped me secure a flat that met all the criteria I was looking for and was within my budget. First of all, I really appreciated how smooth and well executed the contract was. Everything was well document, all the documents were in place, the inventory checkup is very comprehensive. Great experience.

Then, the property management is fantastic. Amy S is the property manager for the property I am renting, and she is great. She is helpful and professional, always follows up on any emails or phone calls I make but most importantly, she consistently resolves with the problems that I have with the flat. Be it leaks, broken appliances, anything really.
