Just like the first appointment , Ravinder made me feel at ease with a perfect equilibrium of being informative , professional and friendly. we saw 2 properties
we saw 2 properties.
both lovely, lovely garden in the first.
disappointing layout up stairs.
2nd property was outstanding we had been waiting weeks to view and once in side it didn't disappoint.
tom was great honest and help as with the application.
Chancellors were trailing behind, but tom has pulled it out the bag. back on par with the other letting agents.

Raychel’s service was phenomenal
Raychel’s service was phenomenal. She was friendly, warm and welcoming. She quickly arranged a viewing for us at short notice on a property that we were really interested in. After viewing the property we decided to apply to rent it for the foreseeable future. Raychel was in touch with us daily updating us on the progress of our application. After only 3 days we got an answer back from Raychel that our application was successful!
