I joined their club. Placed 2 separate orders. Within 2 hours of placing the orders, Champion canceled them because they were "unavailable". Web page for the items still showed that they were available after my orders were canceled. I deleted my account. No sense in wasting my time with their poor web site
I was seriously injured by a Champion…
I was seriously injured by a Champion product.Their sneakers were constructed defectively inside. I only wore these sneakers for a week when I noticed the irritation problem on my toes. I discontinued use immediately afterwards. The friction from the coarse material of the interior of the sneaker, led an infection in my toe. I went to the podiatrist soon after. The doctor told me to immediately go to the hospital. I complied and was shocked to learn of the severity of my condition, Ultimately, the toe had to be amputated. Unfortunately, the infection spread other toes in the same foot. I ultimately needed an amputation of the toe. The infection spread within weeks to the other toes and I required more amputations. I contacted the company who directed me to BBC International, the company who makes Champion sneakers. They conducted an investigation and contacted me with a determination. The letter stated that is was my fault for wearing the sneakers. I whole-heartedly disagree with this finding. As the injury occurred very early on and I discontinued use of the sneaker right away. The Champion company (BBC International) should be held responsible in some way, as I have been permanently injured as a result of wearing their product. I want something further to be done to address this serious situation.
Championusa online is terrible
Championusa is terrible. If they don't have an item in stock they will send you random items and hope you don't a request a refund. Their chat help is ok until you want a refund or better service, then they blackhole you. If you want buy something Champion buy it in a brick and mortar. Their online service is not good.

Bought 2 items off champion one was cancelled and there was a bit of confusion about which of them was cancelled anyways I phoned customer services and got through within probably 30 seconds and I spoke with the most amazing customer service agent I'd ever encountered her name is Monique and she sorted out the problem within minutes professional , knowledgeable and polite . So there you go if you ever have the need to get in touch with champion I hope you get this lady as I know she'll sort your problem out quickly ...plus the lady is a liverpool supporter well in all actuality that's not totally true . But I know whenever she hears liverpool now her ears will perk up ...but I could be wrong as my great granda was when he said the titanic would never sink ....🖐🖐😂

Purchased a jersey. The only thing that ever happened was that they took my money. Nothing ever got shipped, no reply from customer service. Luckily I used PayPal, so there’s hope I’ll get my money back.
Refund policy incorrect by champion online Australia
Returned items for champion au, their return policy says: Upon receipt of the item we will refund/credit your account in approximately 3-5 business days. Ring them and they will tell you it's 30 days. Not good enough. My item was received at their warehouse over 14 business days ago, still no refund.
It's ok if they are up front about the policy, but very evasive when challenged by it.

Ordered shirts from them online and its taken several weeks with multiple shipping delays. Not sure what the condition of the product will look like but will never purchase anything online again unless its through Amazon. Once you enter payment info the system charges your account even before you enter submit. It's a shame and should be shutdown. Get multiple emails weekly showing destination checkpoints all overseas.

Bought some z90 mid basketball trainers. They fell apart almost straight away. I tried emailing them to sort and was constantly given another email address to try. In the end you just give up. I tried 4 different areas and they asked me for everything from my shoe size, to price, to where the shoe was made! Awful and you shouldn't buy from them.

Just received Liverpool FC shirt ordered a month ago. XL , which usually a little roomy for me, but this too tight. Very nice quality, great value. But should have gone up to XXL or even XXL for better fit.
Terrible quality and fabrics.
No elasticity, can’t wear their items for longer than an hour, exteremely uncomfortable and tightening fabrics.
A tiny backpack sized as a tiny wallet costs $60, can’t use it for anything. When I received it, it realized it could fit in my hand, wheareas on the photo it looked like a normal sized small packpack.
I bought a bunch of staff from this website and am not using or wearing any of them as they are useless.
A huge scam. Never buy from them
It’s been half a year since I purchased from them. No items shipped and no refund. The customer service isn’t responding at all and claimed they reshipped the items without confirming with me first. So they just simply decided for me that I would still need the items 4 months later. More important I have already moved from the original shipping address. They refused to refund me and never apologized and acknowledged their mistake and attitude. Hoodie shrunk- shocking customer service!
DO NOT BUY FROM THiS BRAND, shocking customer service and product quality. Bought a reverse weave hoodie,washed it at 30deg and dried on airer. It shrunk! Took it back to the shop but deputy manager said nothing could be done.i felt like basically she didn't believe how I washed it. She did give me the email for local rep. This person eventually agreed that I could have an exchange. But couldn't have a refund as the tills can't process refunds, as head office is in Italy!
