Absolutely useless service. I ordered two sweatshirts from Champion and heard nothing for 10 days, only when I chased them up was I eventually told the items had been “lost in the post”. Without asking what I wanted to do, they cancelled my order and refunded me, as if that made everything fine. Judging by the mountain of complaints about their shoddy quality, it seems I actually dodged a bullet, but that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of competence. Truly the most disappointing online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Avoid.

Bought four sweatsuits from champion, big mistake. Quality of the material is the worst I ever saw in 50 years. All of it shedding in large clumps. Followed the directions on the tag. Don’t buy this cheap junk or you will be sorry.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible product, two hoodies-same cut different size. Difference in fabric thickness, size L is bigger than XL. Shipping and handling not refundable. Needless to say i will never order from them again.

Without doubt the WORST experience ever at a panel beater. Not only did they keep our Rav for over 3 months (wrong parts ordered) but it when it was eventually ready for collection - there were still parts missing. And damage to our engine

I would give them no stars if possible. Items I ordered two weeks ago are sitting in a FedEx warehouse since July 5th. Champion customer service referred me to FedEx. FedEx indicated there was a label issue (mid delivery??) and needed Champion to contact them. Champion customer service would not contact FedEx but refused to issue a refund for another 3 days. I will never order from Champion again.
Disappointing service!! No way of contacting anyone in this company
I made an order on the 16th and was emailed that it would arrive on the 20th. Waited a couple of days and item is in Italy stuck in customs due to the company giving incorrect paperwork for parcel. Spoke to FedEx who were very helpful and they advised me to contact Champion as it was stuck in customs due to Champion's error. Only problem is the number on their website is Italian and doesn't work. I've emailed them a few times and after a few days no reply. Spoke to Uk store in London to see if they could help and they couldn't. Their online chat on their website doesn't work. They don't reply on X or Instagram either. I went on their US site and they only have info for US customers. So completely stuck now! Don't bother buying from them just unnecessary stress!

Champion is no longer a Champion!
I have enjoyed Champion athletic wear for a very long time. The quality is now subpar and contacting customer service was a nightmare. #1: The 800 # is not working, it stays in a continuous loop. #2: No one replied to an email about a return. In fact, there was no information available to begin processing a return. #3: Since it was a month from the purchase date and I was unable to contact anyone, I had to stop payment with my bank. The next day I had responses on how to start the return process. The entire time from purchase to refund was well over 40 days of disappointment and frustration. I did email them about the experience, either it wasn't a working email or they didn't care to respond. I have received 3 rate your purchase emails though!!

It’s shrank after 1 wash. I followed all the instructions on the label.
The item is no longer wearable and champion have only offered a partial refund of 50%
Do not buy their products unless you can guarantee a full refund if the item is faulty.

incredibly shrinking pants
I ordered 2 pairs online store of the old fashioned reliable sweatpants as i have worn forever. These new pairs shrank in the first washing, no dryer. i tried to stretch and wear to get back to normal but to no avail. My wife recently insisted i contact them because they would stand behind product. I received a standard response to send pictures (its not torn just reduced in size from a large to a small waist and large legs. Very funny looking.) after pictures the NEW management will decide. i told them to either send me a label to return and they can evaluate or loose my info. 50 year customer lost. And someone bought this company?
Addendum: Now Customer service indicated that they are sending my issue to the former owners to see IF they will stand behind the product.
Question: Why wont new owner warranty the company they bought?
I feel utterly scammed
I feel utterly scammed by Champion and their so-called “premium” Made in USA jumpers. I previously bought a Champion sweatshirt from a department store for $54, and it was fantastic—great fit, high-quality fabric, and exactly what I expected from the brand. Based on that, I decided to order directly from Champion, expecting the same (if not better) quality, especially given the insane $135 price tag.
What I received was an absolute disgrace. The fit is awful—the sleeves are too short, the neckline is weirdly wide, and there’s a permanent crease along both arms that makes it look like a factory reject. The material feels cheap, nowhere near the thick, high-quality fabric I expected. Honestly, it feels like a knockoff rather than an actual Champion product.
The worst part? Champion’s customer service is nonexistent. I reached out to them to express my disappointment, and they completely ignored my email. No acknowledgment, no response, nothing. For a brand charging over double the price for these “Made in USA” items, you’d think they’d at least stand by their products. But no—once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own.
If I could return it, I would, but I’m apparently stuck with this overpriced, poorly made piece of garbage.
Champion has lost a loyal customer. If you’re considering buying directly from them, DON’T. You’re better off getting their cheaper department store versions because, ironically, they’re far superior. Avoid at all costs.

My order was not sent in time, it did not even leave a warehouse but I can not even cancel it. The information given from one operator does not match the information given by another operator, you can not trust to their delivery time.

I wanted to warn anyone considering buying from Champion store. about my disappointing experience. I returned two items more than a month ago following their return policy exactly, but I’m still waiting for my refund, even weeks later. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service, I haven’t received any response or resolution and they are completely ignoring me. Please do not make the same mistake and do not buy from this store.

College hoodies (sign up to their page get 15% off)
They had a sale for college hoodies and with a sign up to their page I got 15% off. So I got two hoodies for 76 dollars when one hoodie was about 80. They’re comfortable and exactly what I wanted. Only downside is the shipping. Takes a bit more than 3-5 standard days was 7. But their help through their phone number allowed me to get a tracking number and see my order in transit. Customer service over the phone was polite and helpful.
Worthless and unuseable voucher.
The most terrrible experience after a purchase from outlet store. Given a voucher for a return which l cannot use. Do not use this company.Nowhere do they have a complaints contact. Customer service do not have the ability to rectify errors they can see. UK directors the same, they understand my issue i.e. a refund or goods to the value of, but unable to correct. Months of emails and phone calls no outcome what so ever. No interest in their customers.

Al realizar la devolución por tamaño de talla, facilitan empresa de transporte que se niega a hacer la devolución, alegando que les hace falta documentación del remitente, cuando es la misma empresa que te ha traído el envío, por cierto la empres es DHL.
Entiendo que es una triquiñuela que tiene champion.com, para librarse de las devoluciones.
Evidentemente, pondré mi queja a consumo.
