Ceilings and beyond
We were looking for Tee pieces for an obsolete suspended grid ceiling. The advice and identification of the parts we required were brilliant. The subsequent friendly customer service I received by the staff at Ceiling Tiles UK to allow us to place an order was 5**.
By pure coincidence their distribution hub was local, allowing us to collect the items, which were available next day!!! The staff at this premises were again friendly and gave great advice on how they might be able to help with a future project at our school.
I can only finish with "I would highly recommend this company!

Issue Resolved Professional
There was initially an issue with incorrect ceiling advice, delivery wrong item, which caused some confusion. However, after contacting the customer team, the matter was resolved and the refund was processed. I appreciate the way the issue was handled in the end.

We were told we would have next day…
We were told we would have next day delivery but not told about the delivery charge. These were ordered a week ago and and we haven’t received them yet but supposedly being delivered on Tuesday 16th December a week later. Not very happy.

Although I had paid for next day delivery driver ran out of time to deliver but changed it to a Saturday and delivered as said would ready for me to fit Monday.
