I’m a new customer and placed my order late on Friday with Monday delivery. On Monday morning, a representative called to apologise for an e-commerce error and informed me that delivery would take place on Tuesday morning instead.
True to their word, the tiles were delivered at 10:30 am sharp on Tuesday!
The person on the phone was competent and professional, the delivery arrived exactly as promised, and the product quality was exactly what I expected.
