It is so easy to order a complete set with frame and tiles, there are adequate materials to complete the ceiling. All arrived quickly, well packaged and undamaged. Customer services were excellent, rang to check everything arrived safely. Will definitely use them again when the need arrises.

Great Service
We had been struggling to get our subcontractor to commit to a start date on site. It was becoming critically urgent so we had to come up with a Plan B. We subsequently ordered materials from Ceiling Tiles UK and hired agency ceiling fixers. The ceiling material arrived the next day, all as promised and in good order. We had to top the order up which also arrived the following day. The ceilings are now complete, look great and the panic is over...Thank you for a splendid service!

Unfortunately tiles were damaged in transit which when reported to Ceiling Tiles UK they were more than happy to resolve the issue for my customer. After a couple of weeks Ceiling Tiles UK emailed asking us what we would like them to do to resolve the damaged tiles as my customer had not replied back to their original email. Most companies would not have bothered chasing but for them to do this just shows they pride themselves on excellent service and support. Also their response time on emails is fantastic.
