I ordered a case for my daughter for Christmas in November and still have not received it I have emailed them constantly and haven't got 1 email from them...so I'm guessing she won't be getting the case this is a very bad site and now I'm thinking have I been scammed

I ordered a case and screen protector on the 28/10. On the 09/11, I received an email saying their stock shipment was delayed and they wouldn’t receive my case and post it out till the 19/11 and offered either a refund or to wait for the case. I asked for a refund which was fine. However they have since went M.I.A, I’ve emailed again with no response and I am without either my case or refund. Do not order from this website!!

The most terrible online store, paid for the order and for 35 days no goods and nothing. Deception of customers, you need to contact the relevant services to impose fines for them !!!!

Very bad customer service waiting on my phone case over 5 weeks now. I have sent so many emails I will never order of them again very disappointed 😞

I ordered an iPhone 11 phone case and screen protector. It sent my package to the wrong address at first, took just over 2 weeks to receive these items bearing in mind I live about an hour away from where they say they are located. After finally receiving my order, my protective screen was smashed. I had to email 3 times before getting a response. I was told I would receive a refund and 3 weeks later still nothing.

I placed an order online for an iPhone 13 case. I received in the post an iPhone 13 mini case. There is no contact phone number to call and speak to anyone and apart from one email over two weeks ago saying they would replace the case with the correct one, I have heard nothing and received nothing. Service is terrible and I will have to go elsewhere now to find a case for my phone.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a case in May and did not receive it until July. In that space of time I received no response to my emails regarding my missing order.

Comple rip off. Purchased a phone case here. It came in an amazon box so I checked amazon UK. I payed €21 on case face and it was €10 on amazon. My own fault I know. Do not purchase from Caseface they just purchase it from amazon and send it to you.

This is a scam. The phone case didn’t come and they don’t respond to emails.
