Caseface 

I ordered Feb 17h and it is currently March 23th and I have not got what I ordered

I ordered March 8th and it is currently March 17th and I have not got what I ordered 🙃

Ordered 4 Apple watch straps from caseface.ie
Only received 2 out of the 4 straps. I emailed them countless times for an update on the other 2 straps. No response to date. Very poor communication. I am out of pocket. No phone number for them on their website either. Would not recommend this company. Not sure if they are even a real company. Something doesn't add up. I will be investigating this more if i don't receive my other 2 watch straps or get a refund.

*Update* - on 27th Feb, I finally received the rest of my watch straps but they sent out the wrong sizes so the straps don’t fit my watch.
Absolute disaster of a company, do not go near them!

I wish I had seen these reviews before. Ordered 2 cases, over 2 weeks have passed and they didn’t arrive yet. Wrote an email, got only some automatic reply that “they are experiencing a high volume of queries and will get back as soon as possible”.
Don’t order from them!

Same experience as everyone else.. its been 1 month and still not received my order. No response from my email either. Not a cheap case so I'm not happy

Never received my order, didnt reply to my emails. Had to get my money back from paypal.

Broken screen case and emailed them on 02/01/2024. They have not bothered to reply to email or provide refund.

Order never received wont return emails and there is no phone number for contact which is suspect enough i ordered from here as they are based in Ireland and not far from where i live thinking i would get my order in a few days and 17days later still nothing DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

No contact since I ordered 2 weeks ago. I am out of pocket 30 pounds so I am not happy atall. No reply from any emails atall. My order says complete when I log in but not dispatched. The online contact form does not work either.

I ordered a case... have never received it.

They've completely ignored all emails from me...

I purchased a case. It took a while at arrive - but it did in the end, safe and sound. The case is excellent quality. Thank you.

Shame I did not see those reviews before purchase. Bought a Exoshield drop proof case from Case Face website,payed 9.99£ plus 2.40£ postage as they charged it for items beeing shipped to UK from Ireland. Recived item was sended by UK Essex base Ebay seller registered as Typeandcolor Accessories .It was ultra thin phone back cover which its available directly on Ebay seller page
for 3.75£ including free postage.Item was poorly packed and very poor quality.Nothing like I have
ordered.Case Face ignores my emails.
Scam company.Do not used them!Reporting payment to my bank as a scam!

Case not received one month after ordering. No communication from them on my requests regarding delivery date or request for a refund.

Ordered mobile phone case. Item was delivered in good time but unfortunately the case was not the one I ordered. I tried to contact Caseface a couple of times but with no success. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and bad customer after sale service.

Think this is a scam company- thought it was Samsung official .
Ordered on December 4th, still no delivery 18th December. No answer from Emails requesting eta.
Best to avoid

Ordered a case on 27th November. Have emailed for update several times and receive the same standard reply saying delay in processing. No telephone number to call. Also had to pay £5 in postage. Do not order from this company1

Must be a scam as ordered 2 weeks ago and sent an email and no response. No idea where the case is or if it’s even coming. My order just says still being processed

Avoid.

Appalling customer service. No response to specific queries. Sent email after email. No sign of order arriving. Avoid at all costs.

Really wishing I had read these reviews before ordering... absolutely zero response to both emails sent so far, firstly requesting to cancel my order the day after placing it as the phone being bought was going to change. Second email to request an update. No replies except an auto response, no notification of despatch, no phone number to contact them. I will now have to contact my bank to try and get my money back. Just a massive waste of time.

UPDATE - my order did eventually show up randomly with no notification or tracking info. No acknowledgement of my emails at all. Highly unpredictable and will not use this company again.

Zero communication, thought it was a scam. Several unanswered emails and then voila! the case arrives and all good. Interesting business model to say the least.
