Caseface 

Really poor customer service. Placed an order over a month ago. Have requested updates on delivery by email and through their site with zero response. No idea if case is coming. Money has been taken. Would not recommend

100% scam, do not order from them. They will take your money but will not deliver anything. Will not answer emails or phone calls. Report the company for fraud.

Delivered the wrong product and failed to respond to emails.

Great value. Currently running a 30% of promotion for halloween so I got 3 cases. Good value for the money

Hard to rate this company. I made an order 10 of July 2023 and sent a polite email requesting an update. Unfortunately no response and hence I will have to call my bank and inform them that this is a scam. I mean what kind of company continues to trade and not offer a response to emails or alternative means to get in touch for an update.
Will also report to the Consumer Ombudsman as I see far too many individuals have raised the same concerns!!!

I am happy with the order. Phone case is as pictured but took a little over a week to arrive.

Received my phone case this morning and all is good. Was sceptical after reading the negative reviews but the company has come up trumps.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - its a SCAM. Ordered a case 5 weeks ago, hasnt arrived and about 10 emails sent to the company, all unanswered!! I wish I had read all these negative reviews first before I purchased from them!

I bought a cell phone cover in February 2023. To this day, the cover has not arrived, I have sent several emails asking for resolution of the problem and no one responds. Please DO NOT TRUST this company!

Ordered case on 17th March, was told it was complete on 20th, heard nothing since, no way to track, contacted to ask about it, no reply, now when I try to get on the website, it sends me to spam sites. Rubbish!!

A scam service!!!!! I ordered a phone case almost a month ago, was told it would be delivered in 5-7 days and heard nothing. I have reached out to there support and have gotten a generic email back saying they are busy but will get to my query which they never did. Terrible experience and a scam.
