Ordered phone case over two weeks ago have not received it, no way to phone them and will not answer e mails, will not use again

Dreadful customet service phone cover took 3 weeks to arrive .no reply to emails .
Quality of phone cover was so poor it was binned .
Avoid

Awful service, zero communication. Sent numerous emails and nothing back. Waiting 3 weeks for an off the shelf case.

Will never deal with these jokers again!

Ordered a phone case September 8th and it has not arrived (October 13th). Zero communication from company and no reply to my email.
Update: still no case November 18th
Reviews are clearly fake. Still no case Nov 26th

Don't order from this site! I think it may be a scam site? 5 star reviews must be fake. List my money and received no case

Scammers Don't respond to emails.
Don't deliver goods. its a fake website and the 5 star reviews ? Update case arrived after 3weeks delivered from Netherlands. no communication don't answer emails awful way of operating.
Haven't said that the case itself is good quality

Sent me the wrong case and despite my multiple attempts to contact them to resolve this there has been no reply.

So they are incapable of filling out an order correctly and also incapable of follow up service.

Ordered a pop socket and spent an extra £10 on express delivery thinking I was going to get it within a week and it took two months to arrive. I’m not even joking. I ordered it Beginning of July And it has turned up middle of September. Do not pay express delivery or just don’t order from them at all. I know I won’t ever be again. I also emailed them three times and I didn’t get a reply

Ordered case 3 Aug, still no sign - 27 Aug. Emailed twice, no reply. It wasn’t a custom case so can’t understand the delay.
Am very dubious about the 5* reviews here - the language is very similar in a lot of the reviews and very over the top.

Not impressed. Ordered one phone case 11 July, still waiting (23 July). Used their website to email my query and heard nothing back. Tracked order on their website and it says "complete". Still waiting to hear. Will not be using or recommending in the future. Very poor. Case has now arrived (24 July) although it is very nice, I think they would be wise to keep customers informed and reply to queries! Especially as there is a "contact us" facility. I did find a phone number for them on "goldenpages.ie" as they are Irish. 059 9724522 if that helps other customers 🙄

Good news AND bad news!!! yes I recieved case, which I'm quite happy with, however I also ordered screen protector which I DIDN'T receive. Sent email to enquire but as yet no reply??..( missing screen protector# 65267).
I'm hoping to still receive it.. 🤞

My order was shipped within a few days and it was exactly what I had ordered.
I was worry after reading some of the reviews but my order was fulfilled in time and the item was as advertised.
I would have been more at ease if the company had replied to any of my emails or calls or if I had gotten at least a confirmation email about the purchase.

I got in touch to cancel the order the day after I ordered it. I got a response from info+canned.response :

When it arrived I got in touch again to return it...multiple attempts. Never received another response. So no real customer service.

ALSO...the "crystal high quality" case I ordered arrived not as described. I received a cheap clear case that looked completely different, with the return address being: Pixfab Enterprises Limited, Unit 33, Albion Industrial Estate, Coventry, CV6 5PY

For those who don't know, Pixfab is one of the most popular phone case sellers on eBay, prices are much cheaper than what's sold on 'caseface'.

The image they used on their website seemed to be stolen from JETech's clear phone case sold on Amazon.

Everything about this website is fake. But don't worry, you can always do a chargeback with your bank.

I bought a cover and received the confirmation e-mail the day after. I got suspicious. I sent several e-mails, with no replies. The office where the address is advertised in ireland, doesn't exist. In 1 week, I received the cover.

Scam, unable to contact Irish or UK, emails are not valid.

Purchased a phone cover from case face, then had an issue with NFC/wallet payments on my phone. Vodafone technician confirmed the case is blocking the NFC signal. Cannot reach customer service, the UK and Irish email address bounce, and the contact us page throws an error.

A scam with lots of bots providing 5 stars. The company doesn't exist based on the address given on their webpage and the inabilty to contact them. Do not purchase from this website

Ordered a case with custom engraving from CaseFace. The detailing is precise and looks fantastic.

Order just never arrived!!!

Ordered on 4th April , now 21st April and still hasn't arrived. I have mailed twice but no reply other than automated 'we are unusually busy'.
I bought as it was an 'IE' website and I live in Ireland. Extremely disappointed
