Really pleased with the whole experience. The website was easy to use, making it simple to choose the panels I needed, and the payment process was straightforward and reassuring.

Communication throughout was excellent, with regular updates once the order had been processed. The panels were delivered on time, and the delivery driver was polite, courteous and very helpful.

Overall, a great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

The website is misleading! It states free delivery to most of the uk, turns out thats totally misleading. Scotland at least is excluded!

They offer discount on offers over £400 but thats also misleading.
The total order can be over £400 but one specific item within that total must be over £400. In other words if all the components total £900 but no individual part crosses £400. Discount is denied.

Exceptionally efficient delivery. Driver introduced himself, told us what was being delivered and unloaded it (several pieces) exactly to where we wanted it. Driver was Shaz, and a big thank you to him. Product exactly as ordered and of a good quality.

I've only given 3 this time last time I gave 5. I bought 4 double slatted panels about 2 years ago, they were excellent. This time I bought another 2 panels they weren't as good, a lot rougher and lots of knots. The panels are 180cm not 183cm (6ft) so please would you start selling the 15mm pieces for each end.

Good price and good delivery service

The purchase went well, but the delivery did come 2 days earlier than the date given. This did mean the doors sat on the drive when we were away, which wasn't great.

Arrived as promised, delivery chap,ss were lovely.

customer service makes all the difference, I spoke to three customer service agents before I was able to confirm my order, 3rd time Lucky it was Reuben and he was able to answer my queries and I therefore confirmed the order

However I received emails and updates regarding the gate and delivery times and on the day had an email saying it
Was coming between and particular time slot. The gate its self was excellent strong and exactly what we wanted. Fixed it into place today and it looks great. Thank you so much good price too.

Order was due for delivery 8.32 to 12.32 on August 22nd. Now 5pm and no sign of delivery and no communication as to why. Office not open until Monday. Not impressed 😡
Spoke to company today and they said text had been sent out and apologised if I did not receive it. Delivery replanned for Wednesday. Fingers crossed
Update - now delivered to back garden on time and product is good. Thank you
