having ordered 6 fence panels as shown on the website, I recieved a "Confirmation of Order" & shortly after that an invoice. A day later I had an email from Customer Care saying that the items I'd ordered had been "delisted" and were not available. Customer Care could not organise a refund & I had to request such from the vendor. Overall, poor rating for both vendor, (item not removed from website), & Customer Care for not being more helpful.

Slow delivery. I didn't realise that Buy Fence Direct order from a third party i.e. manufacturer which take 10 - 15 working days.

Easy enough to navigate website and place order. Excellent comms re order and delivery. Very good on the day updates re arrival time.
All items arrived and as expected.

Panels arrived on the date we were told and the delivery guys were very helpful .
Fence panels are great , very sturdy and nicely made . Slotted into our posts with no problem and they are looking good .

Driver Nathan was prompt with delivery, very helpful in placing them in a location requested.
I’ve used Forest before and quality of the product has always been to a high standard.
However, slightly let down by information. Had a date for delivery and was assured a secondary contact that day would be made to arrange new delivery date. I needed to call myself to find out ETA.

Unhappy with the service I received.
Initially damaged goods were sent, yes they were replaced but had an awful experience waiting for them. Drivers arrived late (3 hours) no notification they were running late. Lost work due to this. Mixed messages sent from head office regarding delivery and collection of products.
Don’t think I would use them again. Not recommended due to customer service and quality of products.

Good website, value for money , excellent delivery.

Communication was second to none from the instant I placed my online order. Delivery was also faultless, I opted to choose my delivery date which was what worked for me and I received my order just a few days later. The items were as described and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone after having such a great experience from ordering to delivery!

Delivery was arranged quicker than expected from the manufacturers and arrived on time, no issues whatsoever. Team of two chaps to unload, though we did help them.
The fence panels are excellent quality, glad we went for the thicker design.
Nicely made and easy to fit once we’d got the posts in. Posts also exceeded our expectations with the nicely machined tops. No wonky bent timbers, which we were pleased about.
We’ll definitely recommend Forest Garden Group to anyone needing fence panels, a 5 star service all round. Thank you to the delivery team also 😁

1 panel arrived damaged, still waiting for replacement 3 weeks later. Replacement was due and never showed up.

Really pleased with the whole experience. The website was easy to use, making it simple to choose the panels I needed, and the payment process was straightforward and reassuring.

Communication throughout was excellent, with regular updates once the order had been processed. The panels were delivered on time, and the delivery driver was polite, courteous and very helpful.

Overall, a great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

The website is misleading! It states free delivery to most of the uk, turns out thats totally misleading. Scotland at least is excluded!

They offer discount on offers over £400 but thats also misleading.
The total order can be over £400 but one specific item within that total must be over £400. In other words if all the components total £900 but no individual part crosses £400. Discount is denied.

Exceptionally efficient delivery. Driver introduced himself, told us what was being delivered and unloaded it (several pieces) exactly to where we wanted it. Driver was Shaz, and a big thank you to him. Product exactly as ordered and of a good quality.
