Good service although only one person delivering I think he could have done with some help

Very poor quality panels. Claim to be treated but not treated at all and have arrived with green growth on all the panels. Very flimsy and not worth the money at all.

Great quality fencing with quick delivery. Special shout out to delivery drivers who were so helpful.

I paid for a specific delivery slot (given I had workmen booked in to complete the work, and I obviously waited in on the delivery day for my order) but received no communication beyond a delivery note with photos of a random location just 15 minutes into my paid slot. The delivery note said ‘delivery not signed for, driver ran out of hours’. There was no initiative from the delivery partner or company. I had to call to enquire. When I called to rearrange, I was told there was no option but to go to the back of the queue. That meant waiting another week and a half with no guarantee. I was told there was no possibility for me to be put on the next delivery van, or even the ones after, I’d be at the back of the queue as if I’d just ordered there and then. This is totally frustrating and a kick in the teeth after already having missed the paid for delivery slot. Apparently even non-paid for slots can’t be nudged in delivery time, hence going to the back of the queue - a backwards system if you ask me. I asked for a refund instead, and ended up buying from another retailer who delivered exactly what I ordered, on time. Disappointed and frustrating. Would avoid.

The guys who delivered the wood were brilliant. The app to follow their route to me was good.
The one drawback was I ordered the wood for a specific day and paid £9.99 for the privilege. Unfortunately I was informed that day was no longer available and it would now be a week later. Fine…. But why was I still charged the £9.99 for a delivery at your convenience.

We made a slight error with our order but it was soon rectified

I usually get this request after delivery has taken place but as I am still waiting for my order to arrive I can only say how rubbish you are at completing orders, you should go and have a chat with Amazon they might be able to help you speed things up.

Easy to order and any size you require

Very helpful to deal with and everything that arrived was in good condition. Unfortunately we had ordered the wrong height panels. The teams on the phones/emails were lovely and sorted out a collection asap. The delivery company are also great communicators, ring before delivery with timings. We have now reordered. Very happy with the great service.

I went through alot of sites found this one very good

The order was made and the fencing was due for delivery on the 10th of Aug , but the delivery date was changed to the 11th, and then the 12th.

If I had known about the transport problems I would not have ordered from buy fencing.

As this has created problems delaying the next stsge of works.

No explanation was given to why the delivery has been rearranged twice
