Very responsive, accountable, Conceirge-like. Always finding us great flight options/prices, checks us into our flights, managing our trip from beginning to end. We use them for all of our frequent travel over the past 2+ years and are happy with the service they provide

Flem assisted us with our flight reservations to Japan. He is professional, very responsive to emails and phone calls, and was able to make the business class arrangements at a competitive prices. It was a pleasure to work with Flem and I will definitely contact him for our future travel plans!

I can't thank Business Travel 365 enough for organizing such a fabulous trip to Africa for my mother and I. We both loved the trek experience and were just thrilled with the dates recommended including airline services and our guides. Rio our travel expert was extremely helpful in negotiating our travel plans. He provided us with great advice that we would have otherwise never known. Rio was so personable, easy to contact, and responsive to all of our questions. Additionally, Rio was very professional and always available. He gave me great information and was open and honest.

This was my first time doing business with Business Travel 365. Michael is/was great! He was extremely patient with my travel details as it included working with my flying companions' schedule. While I do not know how complex my travel itinerary is to others, it is complex for me as my travels involve meeting up with a group of travelers for a 2 week period. We made complex bookings to and from China. Rio helped find the best airline times with only one stopover each way. He was a very good communicator - returned texts and emails promptly.

This was my first time doing business with businesstraveller365 and was ambivalent about the process. However, Mike has been super helpful throughout the process. He was very patient with me listening to my needs and was able to provide updated itineraries that would suit our travel needs. I recently had the misfortune of using BusinessTravel365 for my travel needs and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Their service is absolutely awful and I would strongly advise anyone against going anywhere near them.

First of all, the agency was completely unresponsive to my requests. I had to constantly follow up with them for information and they seemed disinterested in helping me. This should have been a red flag for me, but unfortunately I trusted them to handle my travel arrangements.

To make matters worse, they actually charged my card for services that were never provided. I reached out to them multiple times to try and rectify this issue, but they never bothered to respond or even attempt to refund me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and it is clear that BusinessTravel365 does not prioritize their clients' satisfaction.

I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with this agency. If you value your time, money, and overall sanity, please stay far away from BusinessTravel365. There are plenty of reputable travel agencies out there that will actually take care of their clients and provide excellent service. Don't make the same mistake I did and avoid BusinessTravel365 at all costs. Trust me, you do not want to miss your flight because of their incompetence.

From start to finish the experience was excellent. Warner was right on top of everything and the price was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had excellent experience with Warner from Business Travel 365. He's patiently searching and providing me the best choices for my trip which I had to change several times. During the process, he always kept me well informed of the choices and status of my booking with lots of cares to my demand. What a great service.

First time using this company, filled out the online for and Warner got back to me with an estimate in very short order, we changed the duration of our trip and I sent the info back to Warner and within a few hours had a new quote, Took about 30 minutes to finalize the details and book the tickets. Warner was on top of everything and got us seats that were about 1/2 the cost of buying direct from the airlines. Very attentive to customer requirements, focused on the details and very responsive to customer questions and concerns. Highly Recommend, will use them again.

In a time when it was almost impossible to travel due to Covid, Erik managed to find us flights from South Africa to Mexico. This was for a company trip with employees flying in from all over the world. There was just no task too big for Erik to handle. Thank you Erik for organising an unforgettable trip!
