Last week British Air cancelled our and my wife's brother's family flights to Prague for our son's wedding. Teo was great. I let him know where I wanted to go with approximate dates and he got back to me within an hour with a much better business class fare than anyone else. I used him a second time and he was just as effective, efficient and personable! Highly recommend him.
