I had the pleasure of working with Chin Collins, an experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated travel advisor. Our flight reservation had attached to it many requests ( non stop to Europe, multiple airports, handicap arrangements, etc). She found us the perfect flights, managing each request and suggesting arrangements that were perfect. She is a seasoned pro that doesn’t quit until she gets her client what is needed. I have worked with Chin 3 times now and it is well worth it. She provides so many options based on my preferences (dates/times) and does all that research saving tons of time and at competitive pricing. She spends as much time as it takes with you to get all the details worked out including seat assignments. I usually love doing my own trip planning but now I am spoiled. Chin is the best!

Emmanuel Gaspar is truly the most patient person in the world. He helped me get home due to health reasons to the USA when I was living in Thailand. Now I'm headed back to Thailand and he is the only person I trust with my travel. He got me a GREAT RATE on tickets and spent WEEKS working on flights for me. Honestly I can't say enough good things and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!

Whilst I really appreciate David (he was amazing!) I was surprised and a little frustrated at how convoluted and time consuming the whole process was.
I had to wait a lot for each step of the process and even though I’m pleased I will be flying premium, it was stressful. Not sure if I’d use the service again.

David was persistent in finding flights and prices that met my criteria.

My husband and I needed business class plane tickets for our multi-city trip to Europe in June 2025. I contacted five different discount business class sites. Kai from Business Travel 365 gave the best price right away and was very honest with me. The other companies gave me higher prices for the same itinerary and when I told them that I got a better price from somebody else, they all asked for the price I got and all said, "Let me go back to my consolidators, supervisors, airline etc and they will give a better price". My question is, Why did you not give me the best price right away? Kai, like I said before, gave me the best price at the first try and nobody could beat it. I valued that. Next time I need plane tickets, I will know who to call. Honesty in a sales person is quite a rare thing.
