Marcus spent lots of time helping my group with the flight schedule. The results are not up to my expectations. However, the schedule was finally completed. I gave 4 stars because Marcus did try his best.

Marcus gives out of his way to help us secure the flight for group of 6 passengers from LAX - LIS ; LHR-LIS- LAX. He is extremely reachable and willing to help.

Kai has been booking our flights for over ten years , providing platinum level service. It’s not about just booking the flight, it’s when there’s a problem like recent issues at Newark Airport which required rebooking flights at the last minute… he and staff worked tirelessly for several days to save our trip!

We a have had Rio help us twice with international flights and he has been very responsive and helpful. Prompt to respond to our questions and got us to where we needed to go seamlessly.

I have used the service twice. Both experiences were great. Quick, professional, insightful, friendly, and much better prices that I could find with a lot of useless work. I would guess I saved somewhere between 35 to 40% from what I was doing on my own.
