Brilliant Neon Bewertungen

Brilliant Neon were very helpful and responsive both at the design stage and in helping me meet a very tight deadline. They then went the extra mile to get the sign to me successfully when my plans went awry. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Helpful and easy to work with gave good advice when we made our decision. Also really understanding when we delayed delivery on several occasions.

Lovely to deal with , bespoke design process very easy and reliable to the very end .. would thoroughly recommend .. A*
Thank you

From start to finish Brilliant Neon were a pleasure to work with on my bespoke neon and my partner couldn't have been more pleased with the results!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any job, off the shelf or bespoke.

A great company - who managed to turn around a late Christmas present idea. At all stages ideas and feasibility for my sign were discussed and I was kept well informed of progress (Isobel is really helpful).
I was delighted to be able to pick it up a few days before Christmas and got a cup of tea thrown in.
My son who had spent weeks trying to guess his present (he failed miserably) was delighted with his sign.
I have no hesitation in recommending Brilliant Neon.

Guys and girls at Brilliant Neon are simply amazing! Very helpful, super friendly and show that they care! I’m already thinking of what next to order with them

Our son has two pieces from Brilliant Neon and put us in touch with this wonderful company during the Dulwich Festival in May 2017, when we came down from East Lothian. He already had the large CND sign, so we decided to go for the hand Peace sign. We have long believed that lights are not just for Christmas. Quite apart from the fun and pleasure of owning something as cheery as this, it brightens up what was previously the dull corner of our room. Fun AND practical - what more could you want? We also received excellent and attentive service.

Firstly a huge thanks to you and your team for my “it started out with a kiss” light. It’s even better than I imagined. It has completely transformed the space and I’m so happy with it.
Thank you for dropping it to my home and for the bottle of fizz (which I will be saving for April!!). The service you guys have provided from start to finish has been brilliant.

My daughters loves her Red Neon Heart, I just wish I had something from Brilliant Neon in every room!

Great products and great service from the team.

Brilliant Neon made a gorgeous custom sign for me - I absolutely love it! The whole process was incredibly easy and Isobel was extremely helpful and responsive, dealing with my numerous queries very quickly. The finished sign is beautifully made and looks fantastic - I can't recommend them enough!

I love my red heart from Brilliant Neon. Isobel and the team were super helpful when it wouldn’t turn on and were very quick to respond, help take it away and charge it up for me to get it back to full health. Would most definitely recommend them for their selection and customer service for anyone who is interested in getting a neon.

The team at Brilliant Neon were really helpful and kept me updated at all stages of the delivery. We absolutely love our blue lobster.

A real easy process from start to finish and delivered a week ahead of deadline. Super happy with the end result!

Brilliant neon have just delivered a sign for our business & it is exactly what we were looking for, we are so happy! The staff and design team were ever so patient with us while we procrastinated endlessly. We are thrilled with the result and the service, we wouldn't hesitiate to recommend this company to anyone. Friendly, helpful & swift.
All round Brilliant!
Thanks Guys!

Brilliant Neon made a bespoke sign for me. It was just perfect! When we had a few teething problems with it their back up service has been exemplary. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant Neon made me a bespoke sign as a wedding present for my friend. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly professional, efficient and fun. I found they delivered way beyond what I expected and were very accommodating with what I wanted and help me to design what looked best. The end result is absolutely gorgeous and so beautifully made, every component on it is beautifully put together and thought out. Its absolutely gorgeous and really really well made.

I was given a neon sign ( the peace one) for my 18th birthday! It is so wonderful and looks amazing in my bedroom, I can't wait to take it to university and have it in my room there! I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a beautiful and high quality neon sign.

Brilliant Neon made us a perfect custom neon sign. It arrived a bit earlier than the projected lead time which was a bonus, and overall Isobel was great to deal with. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Fantastic company. Really good customer service and prompt reply to any queries. We did have an issue with our order through no fault of Brilliant Neon, but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. We love our 2 neon signs and they are really beautiful quality. Highly recommended and wonderful work. Well done guys!
