Brilliant Neon Bewertungen

Bought a customised neon, paid hundreds of pounds, waited two and a half weeks, clear instructions from the start.....came back in the wrong colour!!! They were sorry they had made a mistake but not happy to make another one within a week which would have taken it to three and a half weeks!!! AVOID if you can! Not worth the stress!

Very impressed with the quality of this product.
It is now a feature item in our kitchen and looks amazing 🤩

Fab light, so many compliments, looks totally brilliant. And great customer service too. No hesitation in recommending neon and this company. Enjoy!!!

As someone who doesn't leave reviews, I felt compelled to explain to potential customers looking at this company the fantastic experience I have had with Brilliant Neon. I was looking for a bespoke design and contacted Brilliant Neon based on their overall positive rating on Trustpilot. From initial enquiry, to design input, to finished product, I cannot praise the service I received highly enough. Finished product looks absolutely stunning with special mention to Natasha who answered extremely promptly with in depth knowledge and supported fantastically throughout the whole process. If you are looking for a Neon sign and are thinking of using this company, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Outstanding company.

Aitch Group commissioned Brilliant Neon to design, produce and install a bespoke neon light display for one of our East London commercial developments.
The team were brilliant to work with, they delivered everything on time and to budget. The light is exactly what we were after and we’ve had very positive feedback. Thanks team Brilliant Neon!

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRODUCT!

I absolutely love my brilliant neon light, it truly is brilliant! It was made to our specifications working with the designer to produce a design that felt like it was ours. The quality is fantastic, really fantastic, right down to the fixings everything is top notch. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Brilliant Neon for your fabulous product and service!

Incredible service! The process of creating a bespoke neon was so easy from sharing initial ideas, agreeing a design and then choosing the colours. Their creative team are great to work with with excellent communication throughout. The neon is looking amazing, even better than I could of hoped, beautiful workmanship and really high quality. It’s bringing so much joy and brightness into our world.

Natasha and Neil and the amazing Neon made our Christmas! Natasha went out of her way to make sure we had it all up and ready for Christmas in the eleventh hour when usually everyone would have logged off for Christmas, Natasha saved the day! Thank you for everything, the neon is beautiful and for all those who are debating to get one, do it, you wont regret it and these guys are the ones to pick! Professional, competitive and lovely to deal with!

Brilliant Neon made me a custom made LED Merry Christmas sign for my Christmas light display on the outside of my house. I cannot over empahsise what class the whole thing is. First design wise it was exactly what I described and was after at design stage, the light from it was perfect (bright enough to make a statement but not so bright as to be tacky), it was simple to install but above all it was robust enough to work through the wet weather we had over Xmas.

Everyone who came to look at our light display commented that it was a great addition and a number of people asked where they could get one from.

Highly recommened
