Surpassed expectations
A bunch of us clubbed together to buy Studio 54 sign for a wedding present. The communication was really friendly and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. They didn’t have one in stock, so had to wait for it to be made, took about 10-12 weeks. Quite simply it surpassed all expectations. It is fantastic quality and looks absolutely amazing.

These guys made getting a neon (and helping with design) the easiest thing ever. Communication was fast and clear, the price was reasonable (and also a lot cheaper than another place I tried). Most importantly however the quality of the product is AMAZING!

Brilliant Neon created a bespoke sign…
Brilliant Neon created a bespoke sign of our names in a heart shape for our wedding day. They were fantastic in advising how neon works, interpreting our design to get the best effect, and suggesting something to suit our budget.
The neon sign was perfect next to the DJ booth and dance floor at our venue. It now hangs in our flat in South East London, so the memories live on!

I commissioned a bespoke neon as a gift for my boyfriend’s 30th. The team at Brillliant Neon were very responsive and so helpful. I had an idea of what I wanted to achieve and the budget I had to play with and they made great recommendations for how we could achieve the result I wanted. My boyfriend was over the moon with his gift and loves the fact it is completely personalised.

Great product
Great product! Had it designed and created perfectly. My sign is gorgeous and fell in love with it straight away. Will definable order again. The only thing that let them down was the lack of communication between staff internally. Having corresponded with a few different staff, I was asked the same question a few times.

Thank you for your comments about internal communication,Without being able to look at your specific order I cannot be 100%sure why this happened. However this is most likely due to the fact that we work on a collaborative basis, The benefit for our customers being that when one team member is not on duty, you do not have to wait several days for a reply as another team member will pick up the conversation. However, this does mean there is an onus on us to ensure our Sales records are kept up to date and with full information on them, so that the next person reviewing the item can immediately see where it stands. Your comments are most useful as this has highlighted the point and I will raise this at the next team meeting so that we can improve further on this further..

The guys at Brilliant Neon have been…
The guys at Brilliant Neon have been absolutely fantastic to deal with in the past and I can not recommend them enough. The signs we have in our house have become such stunning focal points in our home - I can't remember how we lived without the warm neon glow of the signs!?
We also organized a group of friends to all chip in together for large neon for a joint wedding gift and the guys at Brilliant Neon went above and beyond to help make this happen. From sourcing the neon to reserving the piece until all the money was accumulated (which took some time, lots of different payday dates) also kindly ringing me on my lunch to take payment, to driving over to open the storage unit so I could collect the sign late one evening on their day off!
It really is the small things in customer service that make such difference and Isobel and Neil have got it nailed down!
