fantastic service , fantastic floor

Quick delivery. Nice products. However several of the cork tiles were 1-2mm difference in length to the others (don't know if this was a mixed batch issue) which I didn't spot until I'd applied the glue and laid half of them! I had assumed they would all be the same size. I didn't bother to contact the company to advise of this as I suppose should have thought to check the measurements. They looked the same so I only noticed when they didn't line up perfectly.

The company has a great range of wallpaper.

I had the best experience ordering my flooring from Bricoflor! They were so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend enough and can’t wait for the next project to start so I can order more cork flooring ( which looks amazing!).

I'm really impressed with this company. the prices are very competitive and the customers service was outstanding. they went above and beyond to sort out a delivery issue I had. keeping me updated every step of the way. Ordered two rolls of luxury wallpaper. Worried that they were being sent from Germany and might not arrive, but they did and very pleased with delivery. Then came to hang them and found that despite them being the same batch number the pattern match was not correct and something had clearly gone wrong with the manufacturing process. Managed to get pattern match by overlaying rather than butting up against each other. Due to this gave a poor initial review. Within hours got a response from the Bricoflor customer services team offering to either refund or replace paper once I provide some photos to highlight the fault. I’ll be doing that shortly. As a result of the contact from Bricoflor’s customer services have updated and edited the review to 4* to reflect the excellent customer service displayed so far. Will be happy to update my review further once the issue is fully resolved.
Updated and upgraded review to 5* as a result of Bricoflor's Customer Service who honoured the "refund or replacement" pledge when they became aware of the issue highlighted earlier in the review.
Would definitely recommend Bricoflor as customer service is outstanding.

The cork floating floor is stunning! Feels so warm under foot. I live in an upstairs flat and brought the extra underlay for sound proofing. It’s soft and quiet. Beautiful

The only issues was delivery and it took a stressful 2 half weeks to come. The product is shipped from Germany and the delivery company in Uk are not the best. It’s kurbside delivery as stated.
Please do not book any fitters in until you have the product and expect a lot longer for delivery.

No customer service at all. The delivery of flooring was delivered to the wrong address where it was accepted. Upon checking the tracking I informed Bricoflor of the error by email. No reply. I then called twice and promised as reply. No reply. I then emailed again - still not reply. They have my money. I have no flooring and on top of that I’m ignored!

This company are so dishonest it’s just not real. I wrote a Factual review, priced they were lying and then they attempted to play victim and gaslight me. They lie about delivery . Subsequently they have made several failed attempts to remove my review, then they shifted the attempts to thier German partner. Ultimately until I receive a factual apology and the lady has been dismissed I won’t be removing my review.

We ordered wallpaper. The company specifically informed us that they were paying the import duties and informed us what to do if we were asked to pay anything in addition ourselves. That was very reassuring. Then the paper was excellent quality and we thought good value for money. Thank you

Excellent customer service. All my questions were answered on the phone and the floor was delivered in quick time so that it could be fitted before the kitchen. It looks fabulous, so all good!

Great wallpaper (easy to put up) and lovely quality . Very quick delivery

Beautiful cork flooring. Great quality. Warm and soft underfoot. Answered all our questions really quickly and in detail. Fast delivery
