I’ve used Bravissimo now for the last 10+ years (not through choice) and I’ve had a variety of experiences and services. My most recent experience was when they were too busy to fit (not an issue) but were happy for me to try things on, yet they still had to get everything I wanted from the back and keep coming through to the changing room for me to ask for other options etc. This ‘system’ just didn’t work, the ladies were too busy and it made little difference time-wise to them fitting me and it was frustrating from my point of view having to keep waiting a long time when I know exactly what I wanted. Upon entering the changing rooms I was asked the size and what I wanted (32JJ and a bikini top), I specified I’m only interested in plunge with underwire. The two options I was then brought were both full cups and one was in a 32KK? I was told they were the only plunge options they had, yet even the website states they’re full cups. With no luck on what I had actually asked for, I decided to grab another bra while I was there. I asked the lady for two specific styles in a specific colour and size, just one style was brought in two sizes. Then I asked again another time for the other style, she came back saying they didn’t have X size (but that wasn’t the size I had asked for). So I asked another time, when it was eventually brought it wasn’t the colour I had asked for. Overall it was just a nightmare experience. If they don’t have the time or willingness to help you then you should either be able to pick everything off the shop floor to try yourself or close the fitting rooms completely. This visit, plus the numerous visits where staff have just ignored my requests because they think they know better, really make me avoid coming in to the store as much as I can. There also is not enough options for plunge bras and bikinis in my size (30K), or anything else for that matter. It’s very disappointing when I’m limited to this one store and the experience and options are so awful.

I had a really positive experience with Bravissimo, even under difficult circumstances. My order was unfortunately cancelled due to a warehouse fire — something totally out of their control — but the support I received was excellent.
The lady I spoke to on the online chat was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She quickly helped me check if a nearby store had the items I was looking for, and at the same time, processed a fast refund with no hassle at all.
It’s rare to find customer service that stays calm, kind, and solutions-focused during unexpected situations. Big thanks to the team — I’ll definitely be shopping with Bravissimo again!

Rushed service meant I didn’t get the personalized fitting I was expecting and the quality of the bras was poor - not structured enough for my bust size and I was falling out of the sides. Went out of my way to try based on reviews but was disappointed.

Jen W at the Manchester store was just brilliant when fitting me for a post mastectomy bra. She was really considerate and very helpful. I didn’t feel self conscious, despite it being my first fitting post op. I’d happily recommend Jen to anyone in the same situation. She was great.

I went into the Oxford store with my daughter. She’s 12, very large busted and desperately needed help with bras for her. From when we entered the store the staff were lovely and made my daughter feel at ease. Our appointment was with Erini, well what can I say. We were there over 90 minutes. She’s was more than helpful, bought out and fitted every style of bra to see what was right for her shape and size. So so knowledgeable. She even talked her through how to fit her bra on properly everyday, what to do, what not to do and we left the store with 2 fully fitting bras. 10% discount for under 18s was nice surprise also! My daughter feels confident and so much more comfortable now as previously she was so conscious of her boobs. I will be asking for Erini every six months when we go back for a refitting so I pray she’s still there. Honestly, staff members like her make a store! It’s just a bra but it’s changed my girl for the better. Eternity grateful to you x

I popped into the Glasgow Bravissimo shop today hoping to get fitted but didn’t have an appointment. One of the very polite staff members asked if I could come back in an hour as there was a free appointment then which I took. Upon my return, I was shown upstairs and met the lovely Cameron who was so kind, attentive and polite. Cameron listened to exactly what I needed and wanted and was just so helpful. I left with two beautiful bras which I love. Thank you so much :)

My experience at Bravissmio was extremely disappointing. The lady who served me was called Martyna and I felt that she was not supportive at all. She instantly gave me the wrong bra size and persistently told me that this would be the perfect fit for me even though I told her several times that I know it’s not the right size and it has a huge gap in the cup area of the bra. I would’ve appreciated that she listened to my concerns instead of trying to make a sale from me. I also felt that she took a very patronising approach when it came to my height which had nothing to do with my experience and laughed when asking if the hooks were too high in the changing room? I have never been spoken to this way in a retail store and feel very disappointed that she couldn’t do her job properly. I felt very vulnerable and felt she did not consider my feelings. This was my first time in a store like this and I’m shocked that this is how a woman could feel leaving this store. I felt that she was just trying to sell me something and I am glad that I didn’t, and would not reccomend revisiting this store.

Got fitted today in store by Olivia and she was super helpful. I quickly and easily found three beautiful bras that fit great and were so comfortable, so I bought them all! It was a really pleasant experience that I couldn’t recommend enough. So happy I finally have bras that are comfortable to wear and give me the support I need. Many thanks :)

Bravisimo peroneel is zeer klant vriendelijk zowel in de winkel ( liverpool ) Als online.
Als ik 1 klein negatief iets moet melden ( waarschijnlijk kan Bravisimo hier niet eens wat aan doen)
Is POST NL die stuurt inklarings kosten en dan na een maand nog steeds niets ontvangen.

I bought two Fushion bras from Bravissimo Newcastle in April, one of them has already got wires showing through under the bust and material come away, these bras were fitted by Bravissimo so it is not because the fit is incorrect-never had this issue with Curvy Kate bras.

I have shopped in Bravissimo Oxford for a very long time. I am always very happy with their service. Today I had to go back to the shop as I had a small problem with the bras that I bought recently. The lady who looked after me today was called Chanelle. Chanelle was perfect from the minute I arrived. She was so helpful, caring, kind and nothing at all was too much trouble for her. She had many suggestions and resolutions to my problems. She is a great ambassador for this company. Thank you so much Chanelle for helping me and I hope to see you again next time I visit the shop.

I bought the brass from bravissimo a few times before Everything is fine until you want to send items back. I lost weight so this time the brass didn't fit me so I returned all my order and that all. I sent a few emails as company received my parcel over 2 weeks ago and they are asking me to wait and wait because of fire in the warehouse or problems with PayPal payment etc. I opened the case on my PayPal account and I hope they can help me to resolve it. Never ever seriously.

I was chatting with a girlfriend at a wedding about how uncomfortable my bra was, and she recommended Bravissimo. I walked in that Monday and was seen within an hour. The moment I tried on a properly fitting bra was honestly shocking—I hadn’t realised how long I’d been putting up with uncomfortable, poorly fitting, and irritating bras.
Now, I barely feel like I’m wearing one at all. It’s a total comfort game-changer!
The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. No awkward measuring—just a quick chat and a visual check (fully clothed, of course!).
Fantastic shop and a brilliant experience. I’ll definitely be back for more.

wore bra once... really bad itching to the point my upper arms and boobs covered in little spots and scratch marks. Took it back to be told that it had never happened before and didn't seem that interested despite showing them my arms and upper chest. I strongly suspect it may just be re-packaged and somebody else will have to go through it.

Were my go to shop for bras but recent experiences are changing that! Sports bra - wire came out after 6 months and broke my washing machine causing £120 repair. Then bought new everyday bra a month ago and wire already has gone thru the fabric! Customer services tried to blame me for washing at 30C as “plastic tips” would melt . That’s great but there are no plastic tips and plastic used shouldn’t melt at 30C…. Anyway great attitude blaming customer for an expensive poorly made product! Taking business elsewhere

After having a bra fitting with Juliet in Chelmsford, I have found I have a different shape! Juliet not only found me such great fitting bras, but showed me how to actually fit the bra properly, both make a difference to my shape. I have never experienced such a great fitting before; I only had high street shop bras until I started on line shopping with Bravissimo).
