I bought and had fitted 2 Bra's at the Nottingham shop in May, they were tight but seemed OK, I now feel I cannot wear either of them as they are so uncomfortable I spent £143 as also bought a swimsuit I’ll be going back to MS in future

I am a regular to the Bravissimo at the Newcastle shop I always get a warm smile and made to feel welcome. Today I popped in on the off chance I could get a fitting, got fitted in straight away even though they were very busy. Due to loosing weight I was desperate for some help with a new bra I was seen by Libby today and just by looking at me I was fitted absolutely perfectly I came out with two new bras and feel so confident in them Libby was so good at her job. Thank you very much I would not go any wear else .

I have been fitted by Rigby & Peller for years. However, feel they no longer stock the brands that I need (small back, large cup). Went to Bravissimo (Oxford Circus) for a fitting. EXCELLENT service!! Ann was so kind, thoughtful and knows her stuff inside and out! I left feeling quite emotional (in a good way) as felt listened to and left with some beautiful bra's and swimwear. Neck ache already feeling less painful due to the proper support needed.

I love the shop and the service has always been great. The reason for 2 stars is that I have a pile of bras where the wires have come out or broken. When I've mentioned this and asked to be shown non-Bravissimo bras for that reason, I'm always asked how do I wash them - and the answer is I wash all my bras the same, and it's only the Bravissimo ones that hurt me or the wires go, and in a short space of time, so waste of money. Such a shame and would love it to be otherwise.

Went to buy a new bra today.wasnt expecting any help but maddie was brilliant and was very helpful. Didn't make me feel rushed and shop was very busy.Ended up buying two bras.thanks maddie brilliant customer service😊

I have been shopping at Bravissimo for many years and always use to rave about the bras and the service in store. As a K cup lady I have limited options but loved the fact I had a store within a few miles of me but I will no longer shop with them again.
First of all a store visit last year put me off shopping in store. The changing rooms were hot so trying on bras was an uncomfortable situation. My husband was made to feel pervy while sat in the waiting room for giving me his opinions on bras and swimwear, he felt really uncomfortable for the first time ever. The woman helping me with sizes obviously couldn't wait to get me out of there because her shift was ending (the store wasn't closing at that point). She fitted me in ill fitting bras which left me feeling really deflated, not the usual confidence boost I have left with many times before.
And now today I received one of the magazines, love looking through and getting ideas but they have removed all the sizes from the pages, and as a K cup lady I already know not all the bras featured go up to my size so now I'm even more blind. I prefer to look in the magazine and then go to the website but now the magazine is pointless.
I was also horrified to find a swimsuit was priced at £92!! How can they justify those prices for a swimsuit.
I will shop elsewhere in future.

I wanted to purchase a vestop with the built in bra. I phoned brighton as they have my size. I was told to go down a size as it is big.
I therefore purchased the top while I was in London and it's too small.
Don't be misled this product is true to size
£46:wasted

I went to get my fitting done in Bravissimo and I was welcomed with a warm smile and the customer service was absolutely amazing.
The bras themselves are awful!
After 2 weeks of wearing my new bras(bought two and alternated) they started breaking and the wire was snapped under the bust and stuck into my skin and cut me. On my other bra the wire came out of the side and dug into the side of my underarm.
I always hand wash my bras and air dry them but this is no excuse for poor quality bras that cost a serious amount of money!

Throughout the entire process of getting fitted, I received outstanding customer service. My sports bra and wired bra fit me perfectly. The fact that they are all made of polyester is a drawback for me because I have allergies to it and had to wear a vest underneath. It was snug and comfortable, and after two weeks it had doubled in size, so I had to get a new one of both. I went back to Bravissimo and wasted my money on another pair of bras because the same issue kept happening—the bra was twice my size, and I mean, it was huge in less than a month.
It had occurred once more. When I returned, they told me there was nothing we could do.Now that I haven't changed my bra, it's still very big on me, and yesterday I felt something dig into me, causing me to be in excruciating pain. I take off my bra to discover that the wire has broken and come out, and they call this 4.1-star store a terrible one. I'm now wondering why it has so many customers.

Bought 2 bras both were lovely at the time, had a problem with the 1 bra where it was digging in me and fraying around 3 months after purchasing. I contacted customer service and they said they can help and I had to send it off to them 2 months after they had it they said it's been 5 months so they will recycle the bra without my permission. Although it was only 3 months but they held the bra for 2 they refused to help me I had to email a few times asking for my bra to be sent back. Which they did finally after a few weeks. Very disappointing Quality and service. Highly don't recommend. I spent £110 on 2 bras

Hannah at the till booked me in for my appointment, i came in on a whim as i go on holiday tomorrow morning but wanted to take a bra that “fitted” me after my favourites bra underwire had came out , id ordered another one off of asos in 32 G but it was poor fitting and super uncomfortable , the lady who fitted me ( long black hair in a plait & a purple top ) from the solihull branch was really professional and made me feel really comfortable when i was actually dreading the appointment after the last awkward bra fitting i had at ann summers .
When i say the actual bra has changed my life , i finally feel comfortable and unlike other bras i have worn you can’t see it through white t-shirts ! Im so pleased !!!

My Mum and I wanted to write this review vto offer Sara from the Solihull store our highest compliments for her attentive kindness and assistance as we looked for both everyday and sports bras. On two visits to the store Sara found us both a little apprehensive as Mum suspected that it was time to take on a new size. Not only did she work incredibly hard fetching all the sizes and styles (ensuring the fit was perfect – I doubt she would have let us walk out unless she was assured that it was the ‘winner’), she also soothed my Mum’s worries about a new bigger cup size. After leaving the store, Mum was uplifted (literally and emotionally 😂) Although a little nervous about her new size as the days and weeks went on, she came to realise how Sara had helped her find a new level of confidence with her bras.
Sara’s excellent service led us to return to the store again today, where she again dedicated her time, attention, and efforts to helping us find the perfect sports bra for Mum. Again, she ensured that the size was right and that it was suitably shockproof for all its necessary purposes. If you're in need of a great bra fitting, I, along with my mum, would not hesitate to recommend the wonderful ladies at Bravissimo Solihull.

I had been waiting for my weight loss to stabilize before trying out Bravissimo products and was excited when that moment came. I spent close to an hour trying to get my account properly created and trying to initiate a virtual fitting. Without success. I had intended to spend that amount of time shopping, not struggling with a horribly designed website. I did all of the above while talking to a lovely woman who tried very hard to help me, but the fact that she was unable to help shows just how bad the website is. I eventually had to hang up as I was extremely upset, and that experience made it difficult for me to manage the rest of my day. Not only that, when I tried to post a review on their terrible site, I was unable to, despite the fact that the review page urges customers (potential customers in my case) to post a review. Not surprising. I will look for a different company to shop with.
UPDATE: Bravissimo replied, but don't appear to have read and understood my review. I WAS on the phone with them literally the entire time of the occurence I have reviewed them for. I WAS trying to schedule a fitting. AS STATED PREVIOUSLY: The person I spoke with was lovely and clearly well-trained. They tried very hard to help but were also unsuccessful - despite trying numerous fixes. And again - as stated - the fact that their own employees can't work effectively with their website tells it all.

I’m writing based on the recent experiences of my daughter Kim, who has just spent several hundred pounds plus, in the Glasgow Branch. I’ve accompanied Kim on all three occasions to this shop, buying firstly the three bras and two bikinis; and then taking them back to refit with a better size and then once more back again to refit again! Kim firstly was measured by the worker to get her ‘best’ fit! And, then once home she tried on again but they felt uncomfortable so she did a Bravissimo video call and the worker on line looked at Kim wearing the bras / bikinis and agreed they were the wrong size.
Kim then had to go all the way back to the store (we stay miles away so meant car journey plus expensive parking in city centre). Kim changed them once again in the Glasgow store for different sizes, once again getting expertly fitted by a member of the fitting team.
Then once more Kim took them home. But guess what, they were not right - thus Kim had to go back to the store to be fitted again and to exchange!!
Kim is now on holiday but the new bras and swimwear do not fit. They are hurting her. But she has no other choice to wear these ill fitting garments.
They are also besides being the wrong size, poorly made. Wires and cups are not well designed.
I would say with all my heart that this company is not great at all. I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed. I contacted them via their web page but as yet not reply. Thus I’ve put a review here.
