I visited Bravissimo for the first time on 10/10/2025 for my bra fitting. What an unique experience. Met Addy who was very welcoming and made me feel absolutely comfortable in that environment. Addy was very informative and gave me good advice. I was very excited 🤣 and purchased three beautiful fitting bras and ordered another in a different colour. I will definitely be recommending family and friends to Bravissimo👍🏼 Great experience 🙂

I want to say a big thankyou to Bella at the Bath store. She helped me enormously when I visited the store.
I needed to be fitted for new bras and Bella was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She treated me with respect throughout the visit and the bras she suggested are perfect for me

Went to bath store today and what I can say. molly was so friendly and all round amazing with me. I went into M&S yesterday and they said I was a 36G. Turns out I am a 38J after having a fitting with Molly at bath.

the bras used to be fantastic, now htey changed hte back
the back needs to be a straight line otherwise its too loose.... now allthe back of these bras make them loose and such

I cannot thank you enough. You really do go above and beyond for your loyal. customers. Basically I’ve lost quite a bit of weight due to health reasons and my Millie bras felt not right. I ordered in smaller cup but band still too big. I went on to live chat and Mel was so helpful and got me sorted. It is especially important because we go away in a few days. My underwear is very important to me and to have Bravissimo just makes everything better. Thankyou Mel

I bought back my bra that had not been fitted properly from my previous visit as it was to tight and the catches were bent back. I wasn't able to get in to shop any sooner to return it so when I came in on the 13th Sept I was told I was out of the guarantee so not impressed of the customer service so I ended up having to buy another bra the size I know that fixed me

If a business is only as good as it’s customer service, then every business needs a Chloe, who we were lucky enough to have helping us in the Bath store of Bravissimo.
My teenager needed a fitting and Chloe was so professional, helpful and lovely. She gave excellent advice, fetched us a variety of items and checked the fitting and sizing. There was quite a lot of to-ing and fro-ing and Chloe was patient and genuinely interested in getting the right fit. I left with two purchases, a happy teenage and my faith in excellent customer service restored.

Stores are brilliant, fitting amazing. Sadly online service is awful, still waiting for order 2 weeks later, no communication apart from initial confirmation email saying 4-7 days delivery time. Have chased with company but just been told to wait, they are having to track down order from another store - this should have been communicated before order and taking payment. Sadly I'd avoid online orders.

Went into the Cheltenham store, a young lady called Paige helped me get the right fitting bras,i am so happy with them and give me a much much supported and better look. Will always buy from Bravissimo from now on.

I went into the Cambridge store on a busy Saturday and apart from one person on the till trying to cope with an ever increasing queue, there was no staff to be seen. There was also a queue downstairs waiting to try on. I left the shop with nothing after waiting 20 minutes to be served. Usually get great service, so not sure what's happening. Disappointed .

Tracey at the Guildford store put me at ease right away. I had been to Bravissimo before but had changed size (and bras were very old) so I was feeling uncomfortable. I feel so much more confident again in the correct size. Thank you!

Called in to the Chester branch of Bravissimo, hadnt made an appointment, but needed some expert guidance on a suitable bra for an up coming wedding. Due to medication had packed on a few (loads) pounds especially in the bust area & felt very 'matronly' in my current underwear. Had a fantastic consultation with Jacqui, who completely understood my insecurities. She explained that not only the importance of correct sizing of the bra, but also the style, makes a difference. Left with 3 perfect bras, and a renewed confidence in my fuller figure. Va Va Voom. So many thanks!
One constructive criticism id like to feed back to the company, can you please make the straps on you multiway bras a little longer, would make it far more comfy.
Overall a really positive experience. Will certainly be my future lingerie shop.

Exceptional service today from your two lovely lady staff members in the Edinburgh Castle Street branch. They went out of their way to help me find the perfect sports swimsuit for aquafit that resists chlorine therefore is longer lasting than, say, other companies like Freya. I only buy sports swimsuits from your company because they last much longer than other brands. They also offer the best support compared to other sports swimming costume brands. They are more expensive but justifiably so. Many thanks for such a great customer experience this morning. These two ladies deserve credit for their impeccable service.

This was my first time appointment and first time to visit a Bravissimo store. I went to the Oxford Street branch. I received a 1 to 1 fitting experience.
I remember that right at the start I made it clear I was looking for cupped bras with back support and for wearing during high impact exercises. The fitter suggested something with back support, and a sports bra. The trouble was, the first few bras selected for me all had lace on them - which I can't stand (personal preference.) They were definitely not what I was looking for. I turned round and reminded her that I asked for cupped bras not laced ones, to which the fitter replied, "we'll try these first then the cupped ones." So for what felt like the first half hour or so I tried on laced bras of different designs and sizes. When I said I didn't like any of them, I was finally able to try on some cupped ones. Until then I felt like I was just going through the motions - and wondered if it was some company briefing to make customers try the laced ones first? It was very puzzling.
Other than that part of the experience the rest was good and I came away with two great cupped bras in different colours and a sports bra. Two months on, one of the cupped bras has started to rub against part of my back making it sore, but in general they provide good support and serve their purpose.

I booked a fitting appointment in the Edinburgh store and arrived on time but still had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. Once I was taken through, the fitter seemed to be managing several appointments at once so there were long gaps where I was waiting in the changing room between checks and trying on additional sizes.
The whole appointment ended up taking longer than expected and I had assumed that booking a specific time slot would mean a more one-to-one experience. It felt quite disjointed and not as personal as I’d hoped.
After having the bras for a week, I also feel I may have been fitted incorrectly - they’re uncomfortable and don’t seem to fit well, which is disappointing after going through the fitting process.
That said, the manager has since been in touch and rectified the situation, which I really appreciate. It’s reassuring to know that feedback is taken seriously and acted on although it has ended up costing me two trips into town and around £20 in parking.

Even though the store was really busy and Penny was clearly rushed off her feet, she was still incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. She took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and never made me feel rushed. Excellent customer service – thank you!

I have just been in for a fitting to the king street bravissimo store and had a fitter named Jackie,
On approach she seamed ok but a little hostile I explained to her what bra I wanted and the fitting size and she said she would bring some bras to try,
She then came back with a ugly bra when tried on was way to big and not a good fit I told her this and she said ok and went to get more bras,
I was then presented with a few bras that again were all the wrong size when I said I didn’t like the one I had tried on she said why? In a sharp manner I said it feels wrong and she said no it’s just the back so I said no it’s the bra all over,
Jackie then got another few bras and a final
One of which again was totally wrong the wrong size all bras the opposite of what I wanted at this point I felt I was getting nowhere so when she tried to come in and after knocking she asked was I ready so I said no and she then tried to push her way in at this point I was getting dressed to leave completely unhappy at a horrible experience and still no bra I’ve been going for years and always been treated with respect and had lovely girls today was a big disappointment

I normally buy my bras on line from Bravissimo, but decided to visit the store in Manchester City centre as I needed to purchase swimwear. Being an older women I was a little apprehensive to say the least. Angelle very quickly lay my fears to rest, having good product knowledge, bringing me plenty of choice in both sizes and designs, nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed, can’t praise her enough. It was so nice to be served properly.
