Bought 4 bra's in store and had a brilliant fitter helping me, she was incredibly helpful and friendly. 3 of the bras are daily bras, that I wear a lot. The 4th bra is for the gym, high support and works really well. The advisor said to hand wash the bras and do not put in tumble dryer. 3 of the bras are fine, the gym bra has (numerous) holes in the fabric - it is obviously poor quality as it should last longer than 10 months. I contacted customer support who told me it usual wear and tear! I have hand washed this bra on average 3 times a month to be told the 3 holes in it are normal. Its clearly poor quality as the other 3 bras which i wear and wash a LOT more are in perfect condition, but they would not take responsibility for this.

Hayley at the Leamington Spa Bravissimo store was amazing. It was my first time being fitted for a bra properly and she instantly made me feel comfortable, really listened to what I needed, and found me the perfect fit and styles 🤩. This is one of the worst bras I've purchased. Not only is the sizing off, the zip constantly unzips from the bottom. All of my other purchased bras are the perfect sizing. Unfortunately I've been back and forth with multiple heart surgeries and was too unwell to rectify this problem

Disappointed loyal customer for 21 years. I have vowed never to bother with the Westfield shopping centre store again.
Lacking in product ie top but no matching bottom and vice versa.
Basically understaffed and not interested in dealing with you unless you pre book a fitting. I didnt need a fitting as I was buying the same bra that had been updated. I was told off for not having a booking when I asked for the next cup size because they didn’t have a runner due to the school holidays. I went to pay and was asked to pay downstairs despite the lady standing behind the till.
Angry does not sum up the experience - I will remain loyal - just not at that branch. It’s not my local - not everyone lives in London and if I hadn’t dragged my family there because of what I wanted I would have left the product.

Amazing staff in the Solihull store. My daughter had been to a previous shop for a bra fitting who had measured her wrong not only with the waistband but cup size too. Vicki was friendly and very professional, she made my 16 year old daughter feel comfort about trying on all different styles and colours. Thank you so much, will definitely be going back.

Popped into the Bath store on the off chance of a fitting. I hadn't made an appointment but the ladies behind the counter booked me straight in. Had a fantastic experience and came out with a new bra that fits like a glove. Marks and Spencer's had measured me at a 32D, Bravissimo looked at my bra and tried me in a 28G and a 28F. I couldn't believe the fit... Perfect. I came out with one bra and have since gone online and purchased more in different colours. I'm astounded that by going down sizes and up cup sizes, I now have such a well fitted bra. Tiny mind blown!

Very disappointed to find that the Satine, which has been my staple bra for 10 years, has been discontinued without warning - the 'replacement' bra is more expensive, fits completely different, doesn't sit right under clothing and doesn't suit me at all. Not sure what the reason for this was but you've lost a loyal customer.

After waiting several months to order items online (online orders were not available because of a warehouse fire) and visiting the store (no stock because of warehouse fire, so wait until you can order online again)....I won't shop at Bravissimo anymore. I ordered online when stock became available and no tracking for my order makes it impossible to plan when I will need to collect items from the store. I've been advised to pay for next day delivery ... if it can be delivered express - why has it not arrived in store for collection after 4 working days (advertised time is 2-5 working days)? I've waited several months to purchase costly items and this is at a minimum, disappointing. Plus being called 'Lovely' throughout a telephone call enquiring about the delivery was irritating! Bravissimo have given up trying address their target audience - so I will shop elsewhere.

My recent visit to the Westfield White City store in Shepherd’s Bush was very disappointing. There was only one customer in the shop, yet the staff offered almost no assistance. One staff member gave me a few bras and never returned, so I stepped out of the fitting room hoping someone else would help. The tall white , bald staff member ignored me, and another said she would send someone, but it took so long that I nearly left.
When I went to pay, I was then told that the colours and sizes I wanted weren’t available. The tall staff member and the dark-skinned staff member exchanged looks and rolled their eyes, making me feel as though I was asking for something free. After 8–9 years of shopping there, this experience was extremely disappointing. I ended up buying only one bra, and I only purchased it because I was travelling and had no other option.

Niyah at the Birmingham store was a wonderful fitter and I felt really heard in my worries about sizing and lacking confidence after previous poor bra fitting appointments. The bras are ludicrously expensive though so I ended up going ahead and purchasing a lot of the Panache ones I tried on via the Panache website as they're far better priced there. But huge thumbs up for Niyah and her service, she was excellent 😊

I visited Bravissimo in Solihull with so much hope. I’ve never been able to afford expensive bras, but after gaining a bit of weight and years of being poked, bruised and constantly uncomfortable in cheap ones, I finally saved up and decided to treat myself.
I was fitted on 2 September, and walked out with a bag of 4 bras and an even bigger smile – over £170 spent on bras I believed would finally support me.
The service in store was honestly wonderful, and I appreciated the fitting help (even though the selection in 34G was smaller than expected). I left thinking, “this is it… finally, comfort, finally quality.”
But the reality hit soon after. I took such good care of those bras, wore them properly, washed them gently… and yet 3 out of 4 have already failed. The straps simply DO NOT hold. I tighten them, they stay for a few hours, and then they loosen on their own. My boobs keep falling out, the bras stop supporting me, and I go right back to being uncomfortable!! For this price?! It feels like I spent £170 just to be told what size I should wear. That’s absolutely ridiculous.
I’m genuinely heartbroken because this was a big purchase for me. I trusted the brand. I expected better quality. So much money wasted. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you want beautiful bras for its looks and not the comfort.
I really wanted to love Bravissimo… but now I’m just sad and frustrated. 💔
And honestly, I’m not even asking for a refund or replacement (especially replacement). I don’t have the time or energy to sit on the phone with customer service, explain everything all over again, and jump through hoops for something that should NEVER have happened in the first place. I shouldn’t have to waste my time to prove that a £170 purchase should last more than 2 months. I’m just deeply upset and disappointed that something I was so excited for has turned into such a let-down. I truly expected better.

I bought two of the same bra, in different colours, online. I wore one of them a few times and found it uncomfortable, so decided to return the other that I hadn't yet worn.
The reason I give a one star review on TrustPilot is that I left a product review on Bravissimo's website, which a week later, hasn't appeared on Bravissimo's website. This gives the impression that Bravissimo only post positive product reviews, and don't post one or two star reviews. I use reviews to help inform decisions when buying online. This makes me distrusting of Bravissimo's reviews and I won't buy from them again.

I went to the Leeds store and had excellent service from all the ladies including Sue and Evie. Afterwards I decided to get another bra and the phone customer service team were also very polite and helpful too. I have been with this company for many years and think that they offer a wonderful service.

I visited the Cambridge store a few weeks ago to see if they had availability to measure me. I was quickly seen and brought a selection of bras to try in various styles and colours. I had help making sure they fit correctly and if not was brought alternative sizes or styles. I came away with several bras but on trying them again at home decided one was a bit tight. I contacted Bravissimo on their live chat and was advised on the best size to exchange it for. I was given a free return label and then sent the alternative size which fit perfectly. Great customer service and always a lovely experience to pop into store. Highly recommend for anyone needing a fitting.

Positive and good experience in the Chelmsford store. First time shopping there, and was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Offered various styles in what I was shopping for. Ended up buying something slightly different, but better, than intended. Store had an excellent choice of everyday Bras, which was better than I'd assumed from their window displays. Highly recommend!

I went for my first fitting with Priscilla at the Leamington branch today and I was made to feel really special. She showed me so many bras and made sure the fitting was just right for me. There was no rush to choose and I’ve a wish list of bras to buy at a later date. Product knowledge was amazing including the lady on the shop floor.
I will definitely be returning.

I think Bravissimo's policy of allowing unlimited, free exchanges is amazing! I changed my bra 3 times until I got the bra size I needed. It was so easy to organise the exchanges. Good quality and comfortable products too!
