Excellent response and issue solved in less than 20 minutes!!

There was a glinch on the website while I ordered some items and one was taken from the order.I sent a email just after this happened.The next day Deborah contacted me apoligised and fixed the problem.I am so.happy with the quick response and the problem been resolved so promptly..

I recently contacted Bperfect about a faulty eyebrow pencil that I had purchased. Deborah assisted me and was extremely helpful in sending me out a replacement which I received in a couple of days. Thank you again for your help.

I cannot recommend BPerfect Enniskillen highly enough. Over the past few weeks, the team has gone above and beyond in supporting Fermanagh Pride 2026. Not only were they incredibly generous with their time and support, but they also helped us secure sponsorship for our bingo prizes and thank you packages for the queens performing at the event. Their willingness to help and their enthusiasm for supporting the community made such a positive impact.

On the morning of the event, I had my makeup appointment booked and because I was under significant time pressure, the amazing Laura kindly came in half an hour early to accommodate my schedule. That level of care and flexibility is something you don’t come across every day.

Every interaction I had with the staff was fantastic. No request was ever too much trouble, and everyone made me feel welcomed, valued, and completely looked after. My makeup was absolutely stunning and I received so many compliments throughout the day. Laura truly worked her magic.

As if the experience couldn’t get any better, after my appointment I was told I could choose £45 worth of products from the store. I had no idea that the cost of the makeup application could be redeemed against products, so this was such a wonderful surprise and genuinely the icing on the cake.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning whenever I need my makeup done for an event, a party, or even just when I want to treat myself and feel my best. If you’re anything like me and dread doing your own makeup for special occasions, book in with the girls in BPerfect Enniskillen. They’ll take care of everything and have you walking out of the store feeling like you belong on a catwalk.

I had an issue with my parcel.. nothing to do with bperfect just a rough delivery.. Deborah dealt with my issue quickly and effectively. I’m happy with service top class.

I had a concern with a product and Ann from customer services was very prompt efficient and polite in helping me to resolve the issue.

First time in BPerfect last night (Glasgow, Braehead)
Found this store an inviting, chilled space with space to look around. No one pressuring me and I had time to look at the products I have seen many times online and wanted to see in real life.
I came away buying a Chrome foundation, mascara, and blusher due mainly to the friendliness and helpfulness of Jenna S.
I didn’t feel bombarded or intimated actually the complete opposite.

Select today for work, and I have had 4 comments asking what different about me.
I now want it all, and I am rarely like that with a brand.
I’m a 49 year old woman who has always struggled finding products that work well for my skin and I have found it.
