Bperfect are a great company to deal with. Their Customer service team are very responsive. I dealt with Ann in customer service who resolved an issue for me within 24 hours. Very helpful indeed, would highly recommend ☺️

Today was called into the BPerfect store in Ards Shopping Centre to get tinted moisturiser and a lipstick.

Joy who helped me and also talked me through my options was so lovely and knew her stuff.

Joy got out 3 tinted moisturisers to try on my skin and helped me choose the correct one. Joy listened to what I was saying and looking for which made such a difference.

Joy talked through what she was using in my skin and how to apply it. Also asked if I needed make-up brushes.

Had an issue with an eyebrow pencil I purchased recently. I emailed customer service and received a reply from Robyn very quickly,who in turn was able to sort the issue promptly. 5* customer service

Had a problem recently with a brush. Deborah in customer services was fantastic. New brush arrived the next day. Couldn't have asked for more!

Had a disappointing experience through TikTok shop buying this product , it arrived damaged and faulty and they wouldn’t help resolve my issue , was back and forth for 2 weeks. Contacted Bperfect directly on the off chance they might support my order through TikTok shop. Emailed them and they had the issue rectified inside 2 days … amazing customer service and I will shop direct with them now on.

I ordered a bundle that came with a free bronzer, when I got package the bronzer wasn't in it
I sent 1 email, Robyn replied and got one sent out and apologised. What great service. Anything I have bought from BPerfect has came well packaged. Its a great service.

I had my makeup done with Megan on Saturday 22/08/2026. From the time I came into the store to leaving was the most loveliest experience! Megan is the most amazing makeup artist but more importantly she a gorgeous warm person and so were the rest of the staff! I got so many compliments about my makeup at the event I was at later that day! I’ve had my makeup done over the years by famous make up artists and Megan is up there with the best of them!! My family have now booked in with her this week for a wedding they are going to! I can’t thank you enough Megan for a lovely experience and I will be back!
