Excellent Service
Faz was the gentleman I saw at Boots, Milton Keynes. He was brilliant, he explained everything step by step. He took time to listen to any concerns. I am very pleased with my new hearing aids, so much better than my NHS ones!! Thank you. Faz deserves 11/10!!

Over the moon
I have tinnitus and so my hearing had reduced for certain sounds. I explained how I felt and what I needed. I wanted an aid that was discreet yet efficient and effective. The specialist listened to me and understood. A week later I collected my aids and how they worked was explained as well as how to look after them. I have been wearing them for a week now and it’s made such a difference to my life in general. I’m over the moon.

Everything was very thoroughly explained, this in turn helped with the transition to me wearing a hearing aid for the first time. It was a very calm relaxed atmosphere which helped to reassure me and feel confident about everything
