Boots Hearingcare - Llandudno Bewertungen 

I have attended Boots Hearingcare in the stand alone clinic for 6 years. Natalie has always provided an excellent and professional service.

Today I attempted to make a review appointment and as I have considerable problems using the phone attended their new in store location.
There was no reception area or receptionist just an iPad attached to the wall outside the audiology rooms. I attempted to follow the onscreen instructions but had great difficulty. A very elderly gentleman was also unable to use the iPad and was at a loss as to what to do.

A significant proportion of Boots Hearing aid customers are likely to be elderly and have difficulty going online and because of their deafness using the telephone.

By getting rid of the Reception Team who had excellent communication skills, I feel Boots is guilty of Disability Discrimination against Deaf Customers.

Please would they look at this appalling situation again

I found the hearing test and subsequent recommendations very informative and presented in a friendly informative manner

The audiologist, Natalie, was very professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and engaging. My hearing was transformed when I tried out the recommended aid and I'm looking forward to a big improvement in my lifestyle as a result.

My experience in the Llandudno branch of the hearing centre was extremely pleasant.and with the help and guidance of Mrs Natalie Woodward I felt well looked after, and would highly recommend the hearing centre at Boots the Chemist Llandudno. Thank You.
