All details of the condition was accomplished! However, since I had lost one Hearing aid , I wish it could have received the hearing aid a couple of days earlier!!!

Great service, sound advice.
I was greeted very nicely. Michael gave me the pros and cons of the various types of hearing aids, and never made me feel rushed into a decision. In the end, I chose a partir that I am very happy with.

Excellent but not independent
My experience with Michael was excellent. Very professional and very helpful. I am also very happy with my hearing aid (Phonak). My only reason for not giving a 5* review is that Boots do not have examples of all the hearing aids available to see/ try. Nor is the choice as large as it seems as the 4 brands are from just 2 suppliers - one of which belongs to Boots parent company Sonova. So the decks are stacked in favour of buying internal brands. Still Phonak is a leading brand and I am very happy with it.
