Hearing test - Buying hearing aids
Had full hearing test in Caterham. Very friendly and professional member of staff. As requested, brought wife as well who was fully included in process. A thorough and actually interesting hearing test was conducted and results were fully explained. We were then given a no pressure explanation of hearing aids available with the costs involved and methods of payments. This was all started as a result of my wife booking the initial test for me - I had been reluctant to do so as didn't believe it was a major problem. I would now however recommend to others who share the same dilemma. Many thanks

Not happy with this service now!
This was for the fitting of my husbands hearing aids costing just under £4000 we were kept waiting for and then when we went in the audiologist she could not get one of them working... does not fill me with confidence about purchashing such an expensive piece of equipment now!

Brilliant audiologist
Brilliant audiologist at Caterham, outstanding ability, good communicator, had complete confidence in her advice. And the Phonak Slim L90 aids she recommended work perfectly.
Boots have also since agreed that its 15% January promotional discount will apply to my chosen aids so I've uprated my experience to 5 stars!
