Bodyguardz is very understanding with extenuating circumstances surrounding the replacement policy. I ordered a replacement and then had to leave home suddenly for a family emergency that would take a while, so they let me just keep the original replacement and order a new replacement and not have to worry about that while I handle my family emergency. Michael D handled my case very quickly and was super nice and awesome. The protectors save my phone screen frequently.

I bought the Pure 3 EyeGuard Blue Light Screen Protector for iPhone 13 Pro Max. When installing the screen protector I could not get all the bubbles out. I would run my finger over the bubbles but the bubbles just cane back. Not what I expected. Can't recommend this screen protecter.
