One star is too kind. I ordered on 14th dec on a 3-5 day delivery. Money taken immediately. Received email on 22nd informing me I may not receive my order in time for xmas due to the volume of orders.HOWEVER, on 23rd dec, the website was still advertising xmas delivery.I have repeatedly rung without success, emailed and tweeted the company and had no response. Got order on 29th. Will never use this company again. Shameful way to run a business.

I am surprised that most people are not satisfied with Blue Inc.I only do online shopping because they dont sell ladies wear near where i live.I am very happy with their products and i have never had any problem's with them.They always have a good sale they have good design products.I always buy dresses from them online.What i cant find in store and other stores like H&M River Island etc i always buy the things i want.I am always satisfied of my things.The items always fit perfectly and it looks nice as-well.They have their own unique style of clothing.Ive noticed people are complaining about the staff not picking the phone i think its because that people are phoning on the weekends and Customer Service advisors are closed on the weekends.When i called them on the weekday Mon-Fri they picked the phone and thats when i was told that weekends the customer service is closed.The lady spoke very nicely to me and i was very satisfied.I also think that when people have ordered things online the stock may of been finished you first have to check weather the item is in stock or not then you order pay and choose your delivery options.I hope this helps try again.I have give a 4 star because they dont sell ladies wear near me they only sell mens cloths.I wish they can sell ladies wear in store as-well.I will keep using the Blue Icn website the website is nice well im satisfied.I am very happy.

Do not even think about online shopping with Blue Inc! 11 days later and still no sign off the parcel I ordered. No call, email or text telling me what is going on.

Like others have mentioned, do not try and call them as they will not answer. Bunch of cowboys. Worst service I have ever had from online shopping, please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Placed a order over £40 on the 16th of December had email Friday 18th to say my order has been dispatched so thought great... Now it's the 23rd no sign of my purchases can't get through on the phone so I've sent 4 emails to customer services and only had 1 response which is a load of automative bull... Understand the busy xmas period but I've placed other orders with different retailers almost a week after and have recieved these before blue inc order... Never again that's for sure!!!!!

Very bad company to order off my daughter placed order on 12/12/2015. Still not arrived on 23/12 they sent 2 emails saying dispached no tracking number. And as for ringing them don't waste your time they never answer. We are in process of contacting trading standards

This has happened twice. Order items and they never turn up. The customer service department have never answered me on the phone and they don't get back to queries via e-mail. This company is shocking and I certaintly won't be attempting to order from them again I've learnt my lesson now. My advice to anyone considering ordering online is don't expect to get your items from them it is safer to go to a local shop instead.

I emailed on 17/12/15 in relation to an order I placed on 10/12/15. I placed the order to the value of £74.99 and opted for the standard delivery of 3-5 days. I received no email of dispatch details, but after checking my account, the money was taken! On the 17th I tried to call the customer services department on which I was on hold for 34 minutes before my call was answered. The guy on the phone was unable to locate my delivery and took my details for an advisor to call me back that day, on which they did not. I received an email later that day confirming my dispatch. This would be another 3-5 days on top of the waiting I already had to do. In my order was clothing I had selected for my work place Christmas party on 19/12/15 on which I did not receive my order in time for. There is also two items on which I'm using for Christmas presents.
I have still not received my order today but I refuse to call thier customer services department again as the previous call cost me £15.65 and I got no help at all and no call back which was arranged by them.

Therefor I have spent roughly £90.00 to BlueInc and I have received nothing in return. I have called, I have emailed and I have heard nothing back from them, which is very very poor customer service! I looked on thier website and they state to reply to emails within one working day, obviously it is a lie, or thier avoiding my situation as they know thier in the wrong!

I'm not normally one to bad mouth or complain but £90.00 in goods and services is a lot of money and I expect some form of reply and gesture of good will for my continuos attempts of contact and continuos failures.

i have been patient and waited, I have called, I have emailed three times, I have made contact via Facebook, I have completed thier online forms and I have received no response at all! What else can I do? Never again will I be using this company.

Placed order on 13/12, received order confirmation. The order money was taken from my account, but never received a dispatch advice. Emailed them on the morning of 18/12, 'coincidentally' received a dispatch 'advice' email from them in the afternoon, but it failed to advise of tracking details so I can't trace my parcel. It is now 22/12 and I still haven't received my order (should've been received within 3-5 days! Supposed to be in time for Christmas!)
I have tried emailing and completing their online forms, but have not had a response back. I have tried phoning them several times but the phone line just rings constantly without ever being answered (left phone ringing for up to 20 minutes at a time!)
On the face of it, it seems they are quite happy to take peoples' money without ever delivering the goods - this amounts to FRAUD!
I am now passing their details on to Trading Standards.

I placed an order dec 15th to arrive in time for Christmas, it's now the 22nd and still has not even been despatched. They were very quick to take my £75 I'm fuming. No customer services whatsoever, phone just rings and rings. I even called the store who told me they don't deal with the online side and when they tried to call on my behalf even they could not get to speak to anyone. So now I'm down by £75 and have to go out and buy another present to replace this which won't come in time but I also can'task for a refund as no customer service support aaaaaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhhh. I wouldn't mind if my bank account was flush but it isn't, please buy in store not online!

Ordered over a week ago, still not arrived, checked account, not even been dispatched. Emailed, eventually received a reply, which appeared to be a generic one informing me that the payment failed. IT DID NOT!!! Sent confirmation of payment-Still NO reply!

Waiting for my order more than a week, really let down by blue inc, why would you have a customer services number if no one pick up!!!
I have send a lot of email no reply. I want my money back!!!

Worst Online Retailer EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Do they even have STAFF to Answer Phones???? Ordered items on 14th Dec for Click & Collect. Order is still being processed for despatch according to Website. Yes they are CHEAP but now I can see why. Buy in Store and NEVER EVER USE THEM ONLINE

I made an order on the 10th it's suppose to take 3-5 working day delivery it's hasn't arrived and I need that for Christmas!!! I called customer services after waiting more than 2 hours no answers, send 5 mails and no answer called the shop where it suppose to be deliver they where unhelpful. Avoid buying online!!!

It's been a week and didn't receive my order don't waste time and money on this company very bad!!

Very poor service, tried to ring customer service 4 times continually ringing out, are there people at the other end? Been waiting for over a week for a 5 working day order. Would not order on line again.

I ordered my item on the 8th of December and it's the 18th today and I still haven't received it!! I selected the 3 - 5 day click and collect method. Your service is poor and does not provide enough information on the delivery status. I got an email saying it had been dispatched on the 16th but yet I still haven't had any news, considering I emailed 2 days ago asking when it for would be delivered to the store and no response. Poor, poor service.

I ordered a t-shirt online but it was too big so I took a special trip into my local Blue Inc store to return it. It states on their return slip that items can be taken to any store (apart from concessions etc). When I got to store I was told that I couldn't return it because 'they don't stock that item'. I pointed at the returns slip saying I could return it to any store but they told me this wasn't the case. I rang the head office to put in a complaint but the phone rang for ages and eventually I left a message with the operator who told me someone would call back. Heard nothing.

I returned the t-shirt by post but a week later still had no correspondence from Blue Inc. I rang their head office a few more times until someone answered. I did finally get my refund but I won't be buying from Blue Inc again.

If you want to ring their head office on a normal landline number then call 020 8531 7651. At least then it's in your call allowance!

No problems instore with BlueInc, they get 3/4 stars, their staff are okay. Nothing special, but they can help when you need it to a degree...

Ordering online, however, is another story. They unfortunately use DX Delivery as their chosen courier. For this reason alone, I shall NEVER order from them online again following an awful experience with that joke company. This is the reason for the low stars. Their choice of courier will hold them back.

Shocking paid 5 quid for next day delivery and a day later i get an email saying ta been dispatched! I ordered it at 5:01 before 6 like it says and it still hasn't turned up.. Online store is full of incompetent people don't buy on it go to the shops instead. At least they get the job done.

I find the service in store, very polite and friendly. The products are good quality, plenty to choose from. Price is good. I would definitely be returning my custom there.
