I know about officers club is related to blu inc and well because they both got interesting boys and mens clothes shop one time visited blu inc store in my area I tried the tan blu inc sports 3/4 length trousers which I liked I waist 30 but I tried medium did not fit me also can you open blu inc store as well at 4pm in Pavillion mall Uxbridge and ready open on June 8 2019 at 8.00 to 18.00. what colours of blu inc sports 3/4 length you did sell everymen should have 2 pairs each . can you open officers club ground floor intu mall in Uxbridge at 4pm and ready to be open at 8.00to18.00 on June 6 2019. to be honest I am bit fussy of clothing such as I don't like wearing shorts because I am tall also jogging bottoms which loose round my waist. my favourite clothes are slim chinos trousers hoodies and three quarter length trousers. one thing like in store is mens blu inc sports three quarter length trousers because looks cool on other lads which is alternative to shorts. can you put hj in this store by selling mens rib knee high socks so customers try them on together. I heard from my friend Paul Maddock 2 minutes ago.

Returned 2 items to the refund address and heard nothing from them for over 20 days! Customer service don't respond to emails and noone on the phone after 1 hour! Not sure if it is a fake website or not!

Very disappointing I have ordered two chinos waiting for collection from the local store after one week awaited they sent me that they are unable to deliver due to logistics issues...also they cancelled my order...what a joke" really pissd off...won't be buying anymore clothing from this crapy shop.also don't recommend to anyone to go that shop

Nuneaton shop in Ropewalk. No refunds in sale items that don’t fit, just exchange or credit note, when I went in the cubicle to try on another shirt, I could hear the staff laughing and joking about customers in the shop, unprofessional to say the least. I won’t be shopping here again

Ordered a calendar on December 19th for next day delivery, still haven't received it ten days later! Rang them to find out why and they couldn't explain and had no tracking! Very poor! Avoid at all costs!

Customer service is excellent, when i first ordered some clothes for my holiday the courier lost my delivery, i rung customer services which tried to resolve my problem when they couldnt they refunded my order immediately the ladies from customer service that i spoke to were extremely helpful.

I have been working at Blue Inc for almost 3 months now, and it's honestly been the worst 3 months of my life! Some of the staff are friendly but others don't know the difference between just colleagues and boyfriend and girlfriend. The manager is a complete pedophile!He's such a perverted idiot, and used to tell me off when I wouldn't talk to him about things that weren't work related. One day I was putting the sale tickets on, maybe a week after I started working and he sent my other colleagues to the other side of the store, so there were no other workers there, and he started saying that he liked my whatsapp display picture, which was just a normal picture of me, someone tell me if that's even appropriate?! Then another day he took me upstairs and was asking me when I'm going to take him out to eat, and when I tried to get back to work, he tried dragging the conversation on for another half an hour and if he wasn't talking within that time, there would just be an awkward silence, and he'd just stare at me. One of the other colleagues thought it would be appropriate to start dropping me off home after work, and also google the college I'm going to do he could come and pick me up from college! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE! And two of the employees at my store are dating, and their getting married within the next 2 years, I'm happy for them and all, but whilst all the other employees are almost SLAVING AWAY them two just stand in the corner together and talk about random bs it and don't even bother helping. On top of that, the staff are so god damn rude! NEVER GO TO THE STORE! GET THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN!

customer service dont care ordered 4 days ago says 3-5 working days day 3 still not even dispatched, spoke to director of e-commerce, still dint care.
Used this company for many years and this is how they treat customers, no wonder there shutting all the shops again.

Had bought store £50 worth of vouchers for my son for Christmas, but the store closed down before he could use them. Emailed customer service who let me send the vouchers to them and they set up an online account to be able to buy clothes.
Great result.

Ordered £33 worth of products, got free 3-5 delivery as exceeded £30 spend. Had to call customer services to change a product, they were really helpful and picked up fast.

Order arrived next day, all items included, well packed and good quality.

Prices are great, as is the selection and customer services and delivery times are brilliant. I'm really taken away by the quality of this company - shocked there are so many 1 star reviews!

Purchased goods from them had to send one item back they said l had to pay full price for one of the items as it was 2 for £32 didn't say this on their web page and wasn't on my final bill but unfortunately one item wasn't suitable so sent it back and didn't get full refund,l feel ripped off they totally ignored my last email.

The clothes these people sell are absolutely ridiculous and dont match the sizes they put on there size guides. I had to order an xxl jacket apparently and when it arrived it was the size of a normal medium / tight large

Bought some jeans, was given a tiny slip of paper with not much information on it. The store seemed keen to say I'd receive great service. No mention of a different return policy was made. Went to return them two days later as they did not fit the recipient and the staff both glared at me just for asking and then promptly told me they won't return sale items except for store credit. I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Apparently I would've had a secondary slip explaining the returns when I was given the goods and would have been told by a store clerk. Obviously this wasn't the case. My first purchase from these guys and I'd recommend to avoid them

I had brought a hoodie from there a couple if days ago. It was making all my clothes fluffy and i didn't like it anymore as it was ruining my clothes. I tried washing it to resolve the problem but it made no difference so I tried to take it back. Then i got told that as it has been washed, it cannot be returned. The manager was very rude to me and very dismissive not shopping there again !!

I have order alot of clothes online on their store and it is BRILLIANT size is always perfect , deliver is really early than it says witch is amazing, the clothing prices are decent for the quality you get. its one of the only places i cant find anything wrong with.

Absolutely BAD Service!!, after waiting for the process of "your order has been dispatched" i have been waiting more than a month and then i get an email your order has been fully refund ? even though i still haven't got my refund back nor i did cancel the order, and not even my order.
Most worst service and company i have ever dealt with. ( Steal your money for nothing )

The customer service is non-existant. That would be fine if there was an option on the website to cancel the order/change details...you have to call or email them. Expect that no one will answer. Atrocious Service, and I've seen some pretty bad companies....

Placed an order 2 weeks before christmas with 5 days delivery. After 1 week i havent received so tryied to contact customer services firstly via phone which i was always put on hold for long periods as is premium number this costed me another £30.00 on my phone bill. No one ever ansvered my emails or posts on Facebook so had to cancel my transaction.
I am still angry about how this company tread customers and no one ever came back to me with apologie.
I got money back thanks to my bank but I have spend another on their customer srvice premium number which I will nerver get back.

Please dont use this company.

I ordered a coat for my son for Christmas 9th Dec it arrived but it was too big so I returned it via cick and collect. Tracking said BlueInc received it 3 days later, but I m still waiting for my refund. I placed anothet order for a smaller size straight away as I wanted to be in time for Christmas They confirmed order and payment but I have not received anything. So I am still waiting for a refund and a coat!! I have emailed them several times, and giving up on ringing customer services as no one ever answers. I definitely will never use them again.
