BLAIR 

I have ordered from Blair many times over at least 7 years. Product quality was generally good although there were a few minor issues. Orders were almost always shipped within two days and received about a week or so later unless I was notified an item was out of stock. NOT THIS TIME. The order was placed April 9th. As of today, April 17th, there is NO information about order shipment on the website. I previously sent a message and today, I called by telephone. As with many such auto-answer systems, the customer has to jump through hoops to even try to find a representative. The automated system read off in a robotic voice each item on the order and stated for each that it was "unshipped." I then requested to speak with a customer service representative. The message stated there was a 57 minute wait. I opted for a call back. When the call came, I answered but there was no one on their end. I waited six or seven minutes, repeatedly saying "hello" but got no response. The order system has broken down and there are apparently no longer any human customer service representatives. I would cancel the order but there is no way to do it online and no one available on the phone.

Follow up. It seems that company is having cash flow problems and that is why they are offering 50% or more off of everything. There can be some great bargains, but placing an order is taking a chance on how long it will take to ship or whether it will be shipped at all.

I tried on 2 sizes of shoes and neither fit well. Ended up costing me about $30 just to try on shoes because they only give partial refunds.

I ordered a men's long-sleeve knit shirt with a basic pattern, but received one with a completely different pattern. And, the XL shirt might fit a L person, but it's also poorly designed (sleeves too short, length too short, two buttons instead of three, and so on).

Do not buy from this company, they will take your money and not send the product and then refuse to refund your money.

I tried to cancel an order within two hours of placing it, and they would not let me. Mind you the order had not been processed. Very poor customer service. Rest assured I will never ever ever order from this company Again. I donated the jacket without even opening the package because I want nothing to do With this company

I recently had a misconnection with Blair which resulted in a duplicate order. I contacted their customer service and the problem was resolved within 24 HOURS with no hassles, no arguments, no excuses!!! Incredible customer service

I never got my package. Scam. It says delivered but.never arrived.

BUYER BEWARE! The sizing & quality of Blair merchandise varies from a lotm not only from item to item but even from year to year for the same items. You can never be sure about the fit or quality. And returning anything incurs a ten dollar fee.
IN ADDITION, anything marked “clearance" is final sale, which they don’t make clear before you order. It's really a shame, because Blair used to be a fairly decent & reliable place to shop for many years.

I called & cancelled an order & they assured me it would be cancelled. A week later, I receive an email stating my items have shipped. Now I'll have to go through all the trouble of sending everything back. Who knows if I'll receive a refund. I guess I'll have to dispute the charge on my CC. Lovely business practice.

Blair sent me wrong item. I returned per their instructions indicating no postage charge to me as it was their error. I tracked shipment and after shipment received for 2 weeks I contacted them. They indicated I had to wait 3 weeks and they had not received. I contacted at 3 weeks after their receipt of item and each email was like coming from a bot. Not answering my question and telling me to track shipment. I sent them a screenshot of proof of delivery. They indicated no they had not received but would receive today at 7 pm. So the postal service is lying? Continued canned responses and I asked that they verify that no postage would be charged as per my acct and response was to wait another 3 weeks as they would receive item today. Customer NO service. Will not do business

Ordered a pair of sweatpants from Blair. $38.79 with tax and shipping.

The most ill fitting, poorly made, cheap poly blend and the leg sizes were so long they dragged the floor.

So I return them with the label provided which said it was $9.99 to ship the return.

They refunded me $17.

Terrible garbage company with crap products.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service experience I have had with Broxton Blair. Despite multiple attempts to resolve a refund issue, I have been met with complete silence and a lack of professionalism.

On June 11, 2024, I requested a refund for an item and was initially told that a 30% refund without return was possible. However, after agreeing to this, I received no further communication. I have sent several follow-up emails over the past few weeks, but there has been no response whatsoever.

As a consumer, I am entitled to a prompt and fair resolution, but Broxton Blair has failed to address my concerns or even acknowledge my emails. This level of customer service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their customer service and commitment to resolving issues are severely lacking.

I ordered a top and pants from them.Their sizes are not consistent. The top same size I ordered before too small. Pants same size I ordered before too long. The charge to return ten bucks. Will not order again.

I order a tiered denim skirt with flowers in a 2X and according to their size chart and my measurements it should have fit. When I received the skirt though the elastic waist band is much larger than my measurements and since I felt scammed because it should fit well Blair doesn't care and so I hope to never purchase from Blair ever. They may retaliation against me too. Bloomchic may be nice but I didn't see any denim skirts for sale with them so I purchased from Blair but the measurements and what I actually received is not true. Perhaps it may be a better experience for someone else. I don't know the exact date I received this skirt in the mail. I order the plain denim skirt in a XL and it's too tight. I didn't see a 1X...so I will keep items and hopefully never do business with BLAIR.

I used to really love Blair. Since they were sold the experience with the company has been anything but good. The new company canceled some of my order because I had ordered the same thing previously. What the people at Blair did not take into consideration is that the previous outfit was ruined because I was splashed with bleach. If I would have been forced to reorder I would’ve paid more for the item plus extra shipping cost. The new company is NOT customer oriented! I spent a lot of money previously but I am totally done with them now. Who ever is running the company now doesn’t have a clue about how to keep customers! Total A-holes to put it very bluntly. They have screwed up orders that didn’t even come close to my orders. There was no apology or anything. Best thing for honest customers would be if they went out of business. At one time I used to promote Blair to friends and colleagues! I don’t do that anymore!

Ordered PM jeans. Normally wear 19 or 12P with no need for alterations. The Blair pants needed hemmed 1 3/4". Pants are 14" across at bottom of leg. My strait leg jeans are 19". The inseam on Blair is 26 3/4, my jeans are 28 1/2. SO the crotch hangs way down if the waist is at my waist . If I pull them up so the crotch isn't near my knees... The waist is almost under my arms. Also they are VERY big around waist .i tried to pin them and see what I could do to at least make them look ok for yard work. Not going to pay to ship back. Will be take it to Good Will.

Bought clothes my size according to the sizes I buy at all other places and according to their web site sizing chart. The clothes were huge. It took 2.5 months from time I ordered to the time I got different size replacements. By then it was winter, & although the replacements didn't fit properly, I needed them for January so I kept them. Then the work really began. I had to work overtime to remove the lint off the bed, floor, & laundry. NEVER BUYING BLAIR AGAIN ❗

3 generations of my family did business with Blair! All of us had credit accounts and paid great. Then all of a sudden they decided to close all credit accounts! Their business has suffered. They are barely hanging on! Sad.........
