Buyer Beware !!! I placed an order 5 days ago. Item has not shipped so I called customer service. Took awhile to get thru. Agent said they are busier than usual so items haven't shipped. I asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund. They said they can't even though items have not shipped. I asked to speak to management, but they said I couldn't do that either. Horrible customer service. I will never purchase again from this company.

First off, this company sells your information. If you place an order, you will begin receiving junk catalogs each and every day. Secondly, they charge a ridiculous amount for shipping and then it takes weeks to months to receive your items with ZERO communication or updates. This place is an absolute joke and I will never order from them again.
Ordered items for Father’s Day
Ordered items for Father’s Day on may 24. Website says 6-12 days shipping . It’s now 21 days and items haven’t shipped. I emailed the company several times with the same response, we are busier than normal and doing our best. That doesn’t help at all. I won’t be ordering again.
Order Never Shipped - Going Out of Business?
Placed an order 10 days ago (June 2, 2025). Crickets. No shipping info. Nothing. I am a long time customer. I suspect they are going out of business because ALL items in the catalog/website are on sale for 50 - 80% off. ALL items. They have never done that before and certainly can't make a profit with those discounts. Buyer beware.
Two or more basic issues
Two or more basic issues: Ordered product in mid may and it did not arrive until June 7. Cust servoce stated too many orders received, causing delays.
Products arrived. All were returned today. Return process is abysmal. Blair charges a minimum $10. to make a return. Instructions are inadequate, confusing. Return instructions require use of both UPS and USPS, with no rationale given for either.
IF I receive a refund it will surprise me. Will never use this vendor again, for anything regardless of price. With the differing return instructions, probably meant to slow their payout, I will return to this site if I am not paid in a timely manner. To all who see this, be careful, and make better decisions next time
Will never do business with Blair again
After years of ordering from Blair and receiving great customer service, I won’t any longer. I placed an order on May 8, 2025 and it has not shipped yet. I contacted the company and they said that it is in process and I can’t get my money back. I suspect that a lot of this has to do with import issues. But that’s no excuse to rip people off and refuse to refund their money if they can’t fill the orders.

Don’t try to cancel an order!
I was in the hospital and ordered some things to wear while I recovered. They said 6 - 12 days. Today is day 22 and I checked and the order has not been shipped, I called the only number available and after 20 minutes the representative said I had to talk to “customer service” to cancel so he transferred me and I was on hold again! Finally called my bank to reverse the charge to my checking account. Never again!!!!!

Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! When placing an order with Blair Clothing website says usually ships 6-12 business days. For me it has been 20 days and sits in their "in process" status. No communication of any backorder or shipping issue. Calling company is more than 35 minutes which is just a call center. They said it's in process, cant cancel the order and had no idea when order will ship or what the issue was. This is not the first time I have placed an order with this company and its always the same waiting game with lack of communication and unmet expectations.
Absolutely Terrible Shipping Times!
This company has absolutely the worst customer service, specifically related to shipping, of any on line company I have ordered from. Standard shipping says 6 - 12 days. Today is day 11 and it has not even shipped out, let alone arrive! Emails go unanswered. Oh, and while they do not ship your order out in any sort of timely manner, they do take your money immediately!
Beware of HIGH S/H and Return/Exchange Fees
The 5-10 business days to receive the product was almost a month. The pants were way too big. I sent them back for an exchange. It cost ~$10 to return. They did not notify me that they did have the size I needed. Instead, they kept the original ~$15 S/H and the ~$10 fee to return. Since I originally paid ~$35, it cost me ~$25 and I received nothing! (I was refunded the ~$10 difference.) I would not have returned them if I had known they could not exchange them. Beware of their HIGH non-refundable S/H and return/exchange fees!
I love Blair!
I have bought clothes from Blair for at least 20 years and I have never had an issue with them. Everything fits! In all those years, I think I returned one item. Which is incredible because when I try clothes in a store I can never find anything that fits. With Blair, I am sure the item in the picture is exactly what I ordered. The customer service is excellent. I just received an order of nine items - tops, pants, and a jacket dress. Everything fits! Thank you Blair!

This is not the first time this company…
This is not the first time this company has done this. Changed the price I was originally billed. I thought it had been resolved when you finally went to a total for shipping costs, so that we, the customers, knew exactly how much we were paying WITHOUT any surprises. Now my order is shipped late, I'm charged more than the original amount (please don't tell me about tariffs, they are not fully in effect yet & they certainly would not have affected the clothing that was already in stock, on hand, on docked ship, in containers in the ports, etc.).
No explanation, no letting us know about the late delivery because of "internal problems," (I had to reach out and find out where my goods were, because no one notified me). And there is NO explanation as to why I was charged more. Not happy with the lack of communication and follow-up! Still don't have goods.
Once you get the product, it is a good product, especially for the price, and the men's goods are even better than the women's.
Terrible support and customer service
My 97 year old mother recently went into a assisted living facility. She wears only Blair sweats and needed more. So, I went online and ordered 4 pair. Shortly after ordering I realized she wears elastic waist and I ordered drawstring. I immediately called only to get a message saying the wait time to talk to a representative was 85 minutes. I guess they think I have nothing else to do in my life. Consequently I decided I would wait until morning and try again. I finally got thru to offshore support which is the biggest mistake a company can make, would you want your customers waiting hours to talk to someone in the Philippines who is reading from a script? Anyway, they told me the order is in process and cannot be changed or canceled. It's likely the order will be "in process" for several days and to me that policy is not in the best interest of the customer. I asked to speak with someone in the USA and was told no one is available. That's unlikely. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN . Do yourself a favor, buy from another company.
I'm a new customer first time order
I'm a new customer first time order. I gave my email no confirmation sent, they say they have no order under my name, but they sent me an email to take a survey about placing my order, they have my money. 5 days pass I call customer service wait 59 minutes to be told it under someone else's name. Terrible first experience ordering from Blair.
As a customer for a decade
As a customer for a decade, Blair has been my preferred source for casual clothing. My last 2 orders have permanently changed my view. My most recent order paid through paypal nearly 6 weeks ago without any communication other than confirmation from PayPal that I authorized payment for a specific amount. Yesterday, I received an email from Paypal alerting me that Blair had charged an additional amount, which I did not authorize. I called Blair and waited an hour and the call dropped. So I contacted PayPal with the screenshot of my original confirmation in order to pursue a claim of fraud. The order prior to that arrived on time a few months ago, but missing an item. The package had no mention of the missing item, but the website for that order shows the item is still processing. So I paid the full amount for 3 items, received 2.. with zero effort from Blair to remedy the situation. That order now becomes my second complaint for fraud.
