I could shop at my own pace with no pushy salesperson approaching every couple of minutes. When I needed advice, communication was great and very efficient, my trade in was valued and I test drove another car all within my first visit. The car I came to view had a couple of scratches and Richie assured me that these would all be fixed up to new condition on collection (which it was). Very quick, easy and stress free process from start to finish, would highly recommend as I am very happy with my purchase and overall experience!

Excellent Service from Michael, Made My First Car Purchase Effortless
Michael made the whole experience of buying my Volkswagen Polo incredibly easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was handled smoothly, and there were no issues at all.
As this was my first car, I really appreciated how straightforward and stress free he made the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
My mom and brother also bought cars from Michael in late 2025 and had equally great experiences, which says a lot.
I would highly recommend Michael and the Bill Griffin team, a genuinely seamless and positive experience.

I recently bought a BMW 330e. Was very happy with the car and the whole buying process. I dealt with Liam who was fantastic to deal with from start to finish.
