Moto Forward lists itself as part of the Biker Forward family. It claims to have UK support - they do not reply. It claims to offer replacement or refund but neither is possible if they don't reply. The sizing of the gloves ordered comes rather large compared to what was indicated, so all I want to do is change for a smaller size. Not a lot to ask really.

Please be aware that the delivery times stated on the website are just complete lies. After 7 days of no delivery information I find out this company is in China not the UK.
Funny how the wait until I complain to post 7 days later but God knows how long my order will take to actually arrive. The bike trip I wanted the trousers for I will have been and gone on. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

This company is a complete and utter scam, please, please beware! I ordered biker boots that were supposed to be a UK 5.5, and the size that arrived was (I measured!) 3.5. I have spent 4 weeks going back and forth with no offer of a refund or exchange, and the seller just says that I ordered the wrong size or that Asian sizes are smaller. I selected 5.5 UK from a UK site, so their responses do not even make sense. I am now down £88, with no hope of a refund or exchange, and a very disappointed girl on her 16th Birthday. Please avoid! The product was a cheap remake of a UK boot too: small, non-adjustable, plastic-looking. Total rip-off. Next stop trading standards....

I bought a jacket. The size they recommended was way too small. They said returns were fine so I didn't read the fine print. Their return policy is 50% and you pay the shipping, which to China makes the return of a $135 jacket a bad joke. I had no idea they were in China. If you live North America, or if you are not sure about their sizes, DO NOT BUY FROM BIKER FORWARD.

This is a dishonest company.
They represent themselves as a UK company but they are actually Chinese.
The goods they supplied were completely the wrong size. They were made with cheap synthetic- not leather as advertised.
Although their website claims they have a "straightforward" returns and refunds policy, this is not true. They repeatedly refused all requests to advise on how incorrect goods could be returned for a refund, and even tried to get more money out of me by suggesting that I keep the goods in exchange for a 30% discount on a replacement order.
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered. I was taken in by the credible looking website.

Wish I had seen this, still no delivery. No trying to get my money back. Makes you believe it’s U.K. based but it’s not reckons being delivered from China. Misleading

My order was originally placed in December of 2025 for Christmas, the item was shady with the delivery service and never updated on their website. We never received the order and after the first initial email that was sent a few weeks after the order was placed, there was no response. After several months, there has not been a response and they stole my money for a product that was never delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

I wished I read the review beforehand . Placed an order for some gloves. Order was acknowledged and some tracking information passed on. When after a couple of week I saw no change on the delivery status, I inquired and then was given a tracking number with 17track net. Checked the status daily, it seems to progress, until it stopped. Then 5 days later the status showed delivered when it was not. Contacted Biker Forward and was told to check with the USPS myself. Well we have secured USPS delivery mailbox and good service. Nothing was delivered! Pressed on with Biker Forward and no answer,,,, I doubt I will get one! Just another SCAMMER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

ordered a helmet, "drop shipped from alibaba". the helmet is good but to small. Can't return it because even the email I got from them leads me to a domain not found page. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. ONLINE SCAM OR EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TO RECEIVE PRODUCT. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM ONLINE OR PHONE. BUYER BEWARE.

I placed a large order which took almost a month to get to me and when I tried to email regarding returns no one got back to me. The number I found for customer service has no actual way of getting through to anyone. Would not recommend purchasing from them to anyone! Will not shop here again!

I'm really sad I didn't look into reviews first. I ordered my son a halmet we have been waiting days to confirm the shipping details and the usps tag that was created still says it's either invalid or or not correct. At this point I will have to say it's a scam.

Well after a month I finally received the jacket. Its not leather, its not tge same brand, it looks nothing like the image on the site, and its way too small; despite the sizing guidelines saying it was a 40-42 its actually a 36. All of the tagging is in Chinese. And on top of that the label has tge name of some dudefrom a random residential neighborhood Westbury, New York, not China. I cannot stress enough how bad this experience has been.

100% SCAM. Ordered motorcycle gloves and was even sent tracking info that never updated. Asked for a refund and was sent another link stating "Your item has shipped." I clicked on that and it was a Jersey I didn't order.

I ordered my jacket 5 weeks ago and still no delivery. I told them to cancel my order after the 3rd week of waiting and they said it was shipped but It’s still not here. Im regretting this purchase.

I'm a 2XL so to be safe i ordered a 3XL and it fit like a medium. The company is in china and it took a whole month for ot to get here. Their return policy is to only refund you 50% if it's not their fault. They know the sizing issue and that this is a total scam. I had to give the $320 coat away to my step son rather than take a $160 loss just for their sizing issue.

I ordered a pair of pants from this company. It took forever. I was making payments through another app when I finally received the item. It was a jacket that was three times too big for me immediately contacted them. I received my emails back with Daemons. I finally did get a response from them asking me what size the jacket was. I told him it was 3 Large —-Way too big for me. I wanted pants! Yesterday. I received an email saying they would offer me 50% of my money back because they had a fire in their warehouse honestly I think my dog could come up with a better story. I’m furious. I was ripped off. do not purchase anything from them.

I placed an order for a leather jacket on November 7th and it has not arrived as of today. When I placed the order, I wasn't aware that it was coming from China and as such expect that if it ever does arrive, it will be way to small based on other customer complaints. I have contact biker forward a half dozen times and the only response I get is that the item is in transit. It supposedly arrived at a facility located approximately one hour from my home on November 27th. It's been 7 days now since the last update. All I can say is this company is a total scam and I'm out $ 282.00
