Eufymaker E1 after 7 months without ink
I need to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Eufy Maker and their Eufy Maker E1 resin sublimation printer. Back in August last year, I ordered this printer, expecting it around September or October. Come October, they sent out a global email saying production was halted due to a leaking wash-liquid container—fine, delays happen.
But then, after another month, they said shipping would start in early February, in order of purchase. They suggested I cancel and reorder to get it sooner. So I did that, and they refunded me and had me place a new order. But guess what? They still delayed it to the end of February and then pushed it again if you ordered after December 27.
Now, after seven months of shifting timelines, the printer arrives—beautiful, but with no ink included. Now they’re telling me the ink won’t arrive until late April. This has forced me to cancel about 1,500 euros worth of jobs I had lined up because I can’t use the printer without the ink. I feel completely misled and have wasted time and money. If I’d known this a week ago, I would have asked for a full refund and chosen another brand. Let this be a warning to others.
I forgot... he offered me 20 dollars to apologize for the damage caused. now do you think we are talking about a serious company? he made thousands of money and then treated us like this. shameful. if during the day they deliver a mercedes or a bmw without an engine, they will give you 50 euros to apologize
Backed the eufyMake E1 UV on Kickstarter…
Update: I want to be fair and follow up on my original review.
After posting publicly, eufyMake's support team responded quickly and acknowledged that a DOA unit was completely unacceptable. They offered a full replacement without any pushback.
On top of that, Skye, one of their beta testers and brand ambassadors, reached out personally and jumped on a video call with me. She walked me through the issue and we got the printer up and running.
I still stand by my original concerns about the out of box experience and the initial support response. But the follow through was real and I appreciate that they made it right. Updating from 1 star to 3 stars based on the resolution.
Backed the eufyMake E1 UV on Kickstarter in May 2025. Promised delivery was August–October 2025. Received it March 2, 2026 — nearly a year later — after endless delays and missed ship dates.
The machine arrived with X-axis grating strip errors and has never completed a single test print. Dead on arrival.
Support asked me to upload diagnostic logs and wait 1–2 business days for an engineering response. On a machine I just unboxed. I'm a small business owner — I bought this so I wouldn't have to be a repair technician. That's not an acceptable response to a DOA unit.
Requested a replacement or full refund. Still unresolved.
What made it worse — when I tried to share my experience in the official eufyMake Facebook group, my posts were deleted and then shadow banned. Edited posts got filtered too. They are actively suppressing customer complaints in their own community while their support pipeline drags on for days.
A company that silences frustrated customers instead of solving their problems is a serious red flag for anyone considering a purchase.

FRAUD ALERT - FAKE INVOICES with legal implications.
Their customer support literally tried to trick me twice and still have not delivered the invoice (B2B transaction).
(of course they have also not delivered anything yet but they have gotten the money months ago via kickstarter)
They never delivered my order.
They dont have enough ink
The machine is fun. The company doesn’t have enough ink if you run out. White ink lasts 2 weeks and if you try to reorder white ink, it takes 1-2 months to deliver.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased this machine on kickstarter as an early deposit backer in the 500s so I should have been one of the earliest people to get machine. I am very familiar with the nature of Kickstarter and was very patient with all of the delays. Here is my problem. This company is either really bad or shady. They over sold WAY over sold and still cannot fill the Kickstarter backers and have not even started on the pre orders online. I got my machine in January which I was happy about. But no ink cartridges. Here we are February and still no ink. Machine is a paper weight. No update on ink either. But they are shipping ink to people without machines which does not make any sense. At this point it is out of control. They have not kept their word about one thing they tell us which is incredibly bad. I would not buy from this company under any circumstance. By the time this machine is ready to go it will be outdated. Xtool already announce a dual print head uv printer which I will get since this one is useless. Do not waste your money. This company has ruined their reputation over this.
Complete idi*ts
Complete idi*ts, how can company this big not have some sort of real time stock control? Sloppy operations and poor customer care. Cash flow float at customers expense, Over sold BIG time, yet took over a week of sitting on people’s money to refund. Took over a week to realise they over sold, what a joke.
Wouldn’t even leave 1 Star if 0 stars…
Wouldn’t even leave 1 Star if 0 stars was an option.Sold me with a good offer, confirmed it then a week later cancelled it. More than happy to take my money straight away. Poor poor company stay away.
Took money for an order that was then cancelled and awaiting refund
Another person that fell for the cheap filament scam, for Eufy to take money sit on it for over a week, then cancel the order.
Still waiting for a refund - apparently that can take 5 business days, and in the meantime sent a 20% discount code for there store which no longer sells filament anyway, so unless you have a eufy printer, its of no use whatsoever.
Scammers
Scammers, as others have said, this company took my money but didn't deliver.
Ordered, order confirmed and then cancelled just like that...
I ordered some printing filament in a great offer. Order got confirmef. Few days later they suddenly cancelled. It's a mess. I won't be back
Absolutely disgraceful company
Ordered 3D filament mystery box on 28th January. Waited nearly a week then they cancelled it saying stock ran out due to high demand. If you dont have stock dont take peoples money in the first place.
They processed my order, took payment immediately, then waited until it was too late to buy elsewhere before cancelling.
Their apology? Some useless 20% discount vouchers. I dont want discounts from a company that operates like this. Take orders they cant fulfill, string customers along, then offer vouchers as compensation.
This is how scam operations work. Completely unacceptable business practice. Stay well clear of EufyMake, their customer service is a joke and they clearly have no idea how to manage inventory or treat customers properly.
Will never order from them again.
This i scan
This i scan, i loose my money from kickstarter
Order quickly delivered. Thank you
I have ordered belts, wheels and silicon covers and I have received my order very quickly !
Perfect!
Thank you for that good service.
even 1 star is too much
even 1 star is too much. worthless lying company.
Eufy Make E-1 UV Printer is a SCAM
I ordered the Eufy Make E-1 UV printer. They confirmed the order right away then took my money and then cancelled the order saying my email address could not be verified. Mind you we are corresponding over the same email address they say cant be verified. I had to fill out yet another form giving them another email address so they could verify it. Then got another email saying they denied my verification yet again. Keep in mind they already took my money. So i tried to contact them by phone and nobody will answer it keeps you on hold as long as you can stand it before you hang up in disgust. So STAY AWAY FROM EUFYMAKE E-1 UV Printer it is a Complete SCAM. I disputed the transaction and waiting to see if I get my money back
Sold on misleading marketing and then abandoned
I bought an M5C printer because it was advertised to print in more materials than its competitors, and I wanted a machine that was good enough to last in the long term. Now, it has been proven that I cannot expect the printer to live beyond its first mechanical problem, nor can it print the materials that it was promised to handle.
eufyMake pulled the machine from the market only a few months after I bought it. They even changed their name, probably to distance their new UV printer from their failed line of 3D printers. Some spare parts have already disappeared, and it is doubtful that they will ever be in stock again. The customer support has a terrible history, so it seems that we can now only expect the legal minimum of support. Even then, they also appear to ignore consumer protection laws such as the legal minimum duration of warranty, the solutions they must provide, or the refunds they have to provide if they cannot solve the hardware problems.
They also vastly exaggerated the marketing and promised that the machine could even print unreinforced nylon, which is a very advanced filament print. This turns out to be impossible because the machine cannot be used in an environment hotter than 35C without eufyMake voiding the warranty. Nylon, and other high-end filaments absolutely need an enclosure, and the prohibition of using one locks the M5C out from printing several of the materials it was sold on. Their customer support has even admitted that the machine cannot print such materials. This is marketing that is, at best, misleading or, at worst, fraudulent. Under EU law, this entitles customers to a full refund if eufyMake cannot make their product compliant with their advertisement. Nonetheless, they refuse to take any action, and I have been forced to file a complaint against the company with an external arbitration center.
Formally, their printers are sold in the EU by Anker Innovations (Netherlands) B.V., so you can file a complaint at the ECC-Net Netherlands if you live in the EU. They should not profit from such illicit business practices.
Otherwise, the printer works fine if you stick to basic filaments and ignore what it was advertised to do.
